I had a delightful stay at the Wanda Vista Resort Xishuangbanna, and can highly recommend the hotel for both luxury and a relaxing unique experience. A place that has something wonderful for everyone. A wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. The staff were particularly helpful in meeting my needs and ensuring a great stay. I would especially like to thank Martin Gan. He provided an excellent service, He was very helpful and diligent and is a true credit to the Hotel.

Free pick up from airport. Location very near night market and many dining and shopping venues. Transportation easy access. Greetings from staff on arrival was excellent and staff always was attentive to our requests. Hotel has great ambience from its French style and decor in rooms and throughout. Almost felt like a chateau rather than hotel. Pool was small but clean and had great old world character. Room had spacious balcony to enjoy view of Mekong River. Even had a claw bathtub outside to enjoy if you dared. Breakfast was adequately sufficient and staff was efficient and cheerful. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return if we decide to revisit Xishuangbanna. We think it's the best riverside hotel in Xishuangbanna!

Very good location, staff are friendly. My kids really enjoyed the swimming pool. Breakfast is delicious. Provide free airport pick up. Airport drop off cost 100 RMB, which is very good deal, as we have 7 people and 8 luggages with several backpacks. We hired the driver Mr.Yang who picked us up from the airport for some day trips, which saved us lots of traffic time. Room service was completed everyday stocking all our daily wants and needs. We ended up with a room with a real great view that looks over the river too! Wonderful experience!

There is also a beautiful red staircase, which looks good no matter how you take pictures. The independent courtyard and open-air swimming pool are comfortable, and the full hall is warm and comfortable like returning home. The room I stayed in was super large, transparent, clean and tidy, and the details were also very nice. The overall style is desert style, simple but not simple, with rough gravel texture on the wall, full of high-end feeling, and a quiet and gentle atmosphere. We considered ”walking distance” when choosing a hotel. Staff: This hotel is within walking distance of [Starlight Night Market]. We also ate at [Princess Fungus] and walked there. For safety reasons, we did not rent an electric car. We didn’t take the tricycle in the park (I saw some friends trying to avoid lightning!). We wanted to go to Chonburi, so we chose to take a taxi. It is more convenient to take a taxi in Gaozhuang Scenic Area, but there will be traffic jams during peak periods, so you must plan your travel time©. Other scenic spots in Banna are relatively far away, so you usually choose to take a bus from the scenic spot [North Gate]. You can choose from various room types when booking this package. We chose a view room with a bathtub. Because the window faces the swimming pool, it may be a little affecting for those who are light sleepers.
