I had a delightful stay at the Wanda Vista Resort Xishuangbanna, and can highly recommend the hotel for both luxury and a relaxing unique experience. A place that has something wonderful for everyone. A wonderful hotel with wonderful staff. The staff were particularly helpful in meeting my needs and ensuring a great stay. I would especially like to thank Martin Gan. He provided an excellent service, He was very helpful and diligent and is a true credit to the Hotel.

Due to the schedule, I only stayed for one night, and I really felt that I didn't stay long enough. The room was upgraded to a pool room, and the children had a lot of fun. The room was spacious and comfortable, child-friendly, and bed guards were installed. The children's disinfection tableware cabinet for breakfast was also thoughtful. The super large swimming pool on the third floor is really exclusive in the off-season. Every service staff greeted with a smile, which was a very good experience. The location is also excellent, and it is within walking distance to the Shwedagon Pagoda and the Starlight Night Market.

Very good location, staff are friendly. My kids really enjoyed the swimming pool. Breakfast is delicious. Provide free airport pick up. Airport drop off cost 100 RMB, which is very good deal, as we have 7 people and 8 luggages with several backpacks. We hired the driver Mr.Yang who picked us up from the airport for some day trips, which saved us lots of traffic time. Room service was completed everyday stocking all our daily wants and needs. We ended up with a room with a real great view that looks over the river too! Wonderful experience!

The butler is considerate and has a great attitude. He helps with luggage and taking pictures. The afternoon tea and welcome fruit are surprisingly large, and the plates are carefully arranged. You don't need to buy fruit yourself. The bedding is comfortable and clean, and the cleaning is timely. The disposable bath bag sent every day is very large, and the bath is very comfortable. The clothes in the store can be borrowed for free to take pictures. The pick-up and drop-off are on time, and the driver is polite. The swimming pool is cleaned every morning, and the hotel environment is maintained in a timely manner. The breakfast is rich, and you don't need to eat after breakfast and lunch. Although there are no doors on the upper and lower floors of the Dai-Thai suite, the corner design of the stairs can block light, and the sound insulation is also good. The upper and lower rooms do not affect each other. There are small animals in the store, which is very suitable for traveling with the whole family. The service attitude of the cooperative travel photography is also very good.

I suggest that friends who come to Xishuangbanna stay at Shawanli Hotel. They can pick you up for free at the airport or high-speed rail station, and there are welcome fruits and souvenirs. The front desk and staff of the hotel are very nice and responsive. The environment of the hotel is naturally nothing to say. It is located by the Mekong River. You can see the sunset in the hotel. There is also a bathtub in the room, a small refrigerator and free drinks. There are staff cleaning every morning. It is clean and tidy. There is also a swimming pool and a gym in the hotel. It is very photogenic!

Ramada Hotel is located in a very good position. The staff is very friendly, the room very big, clean and a lot of amenities. The breakfast is served at 6th floor in an open-covered area (in the morning it was a little cold so better to dress a little more) and doesn’t have too many western style choices but it is acceptable. We enjoyed a lot the visit of Xishuangbanna and we recommend the Ramada hotel for your stay.

It was my first time in Banna, and it was great to stay at Mengjing Shangpin Hotel! On the first day, the front desk arranged for me to pick up at the high-speed rail station, and the manager went out to help me with my luggage. It was warm and comfortable. Because I booked five nights and was afraid of noise, the manager upgraded my room for free. The next day, I had a delicious breakfast and chatted with the chef in the restaurant. I learned that there are also several Mengjing chain hotels in Kunming. So I saved it on Ctrip so that I can book it immediately next time I need it. Because the experience of staying for two nights was very good, I stayed for another three nights. The room is fully equipped, the towels and bedding are very clean, and there is a faint fragrance. The hot floral tea in the lobby every day is my favorite! It's different every day! The handsome guys and beautiful girls at the front desk are very professional and enthusiastic, and introduced me to many delicious and fun places around. I like this team very much! The overall quality of the staff is very high (including the sisters who clean the rooms and corridors)! It makes people feel at home! Today, I was reluctant to leave Pu'er, as if the trip to Banna was not over yet 😂... I am looking forward to my next stay!
