Because we entered the underground garage from another entrance, in order to find the hotel's exclusive parking space, we shuttled in it for half an hour and couldn't find it. Later, we met a security guard in the underground garage who pointed us out of the maze, and we finally got out of the vicious circle. We were exhausted. Fantastic location just a short walk from then night markets and Mekong river. Friendly and helpful service. Clean rooms, I booked a terrace room which was lovely. Bar good, pool good but too many want to be models taking pictures constantly. Breakfast was ok, coffee could be better but you don’t have to go far to find better food and drink.
