"This hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation. The restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious dishes, and the ambiance is great. The rooms are well-equipped, and a big shout-out to the housekeeping lady who proactively helped my dad with his laundry, polished his shoes, and even cleaned his luggage – truly amazing! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient. Highly recommend!"
"Facilities: The room has a small bathtub, perfect for a foot soak after a tiring day, though the water wasn't very hot. The hotel is brand new, opening in 2025. The room size is decent, but the desk is a bit small, making it inconvenient to place things.
Hygiene: Clean and tidy, with a separate wet and dry area.
Environment: The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the ancient city. The breakfast was very good, offering a rich selection, including meat dishes.
Service: The service was great, with airport transfer available. We also got to visit the Sky Garden B&B inside the ancient city. However, floors above the 3rd floor of the B&B seemed a bit neglected and showed some damage."

"eLong Ruiyun Hotel is well-located, directly opposite the old city and next to the mosque, with convenient shopping and dining nearby. The rooms are compact, with simple yet practical furniture, bright lighting, and strong shower pressure. However, the hotel lobby is on a mezzanine level, requiring guests to use stairs, which can be inconvenient for those with large luggage. The room's internet was not working, and despite reporting it, it wasn't fixed during our two-day stay. Additionally, there were oversights in room cleaning and facility maintenance checks."

"The fat front desk guy was very friendly and even gave us meal coupons. The security guard also helped us carry our luggage and reminded us to get parking tickets. The hotel is relatively new, very clean, and there is welcome coffee☕.
It's a 15-minute drive from the ancient city, which is quite convenient.
The decoration is very detailed, and your mobile phone can also be connected to the room's Bluetooth, so you can listen to music while taking a shower🎵."

"Well, I was awoken at 10:15pm by the staff to confirm I was present in my room and gifted two waters and some fruit. I was then awoken again at 11:30pm by the staff and security at my door informing that the local authorities were in the lobby and would like to speak with me. I come to find out from the officers that the hotel had failed to input my name correctly into the local database based on my foreign passport. After a brief conversation, I was able to go back to bed for the 3rd time that evening at midnight. The next day I was plagued with a headache. The view was forgettable and the Japanese toilet smelled strange, but the shower was magnificent."
