DDuheThe room was very comfortable, and the service was beyond five-star. We got an upgrade, and Alan provided full butler service throughout our stay. He recommended great local restaurants, arranged airport transfers, and even helped warm up food for my mom, personally bringing it up to our room. We had such a wonderful time, and I would definitely choose Hilton Garden Inn again if I ever return to Kashi. The guys who handled our airport transfers were also fantastic; it felt just like coming home.

NNingning mumThe room is big enough, the living room has plenty of room for an extra bed, and the view from the upper floors is good. The elevators are well arranged, and there is no long waiting time on the upper floors. The overall service is good, and robots deliver takeaways when ordered. The Chinese restaurant is OK, especially the green leafy vegetables are better than those fried in other restaurants. When checking out, I asked for a half-hour extension, which was readily agreed.

GGuest UserI wouldn't bother with breakfast, everything else is practically perfect. Ideal location close to everything. Staff seemed hesitant to offer suggestions but we're otherwise friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that following a fire alarm one morning I attempted to exit the building by following the emergency exit signs and taking the stairs only to find the doors locked or sealed shut. It turned out to be a false alarm, but we all could have been in real trouble had that not been the case.

11584928****The room was very clean, the amenities neatly arranged, and the price was reasonable. Most importantly, the handsome, young Uighur owner was warm and hospitable. He even took us on a trek through the Pamir Plateau, climbing the 5,000-meter Muztagh Ata glacier. His dedication and hard work deserve the highest praise.

They even provided a convenient pick-up and drop-off service from the airport, which made my travel experience much easier. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, offering a relaxing environment after a long journey. I also appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality throughout my stay. GGuest UserFirst time in Kashgar and I chose the Fushiliya Hotel. As soon as I entered the room, I felt a warm ambiance. The front desk even offered me a thoughtful cup of tea; the ladies at the front desk were all very attentive. The space is well-arranged and the facilities are complete, especially the digital controls which are convenient and quick. The room's AC for both cooling and heating is very versatile and easy to use. This hotel is definitely worth trying!

GGuest UserWe stayed in December when it was very cold and snowing. The room was cold and the heater is not very good. It’s actually the air conditioning unit and it is positioned by the front door to the room, which is a strange position as it’s far from the room itself. So we felt quite cold. The staff did all they can by providing extra blankets. In fact, the staff are very helpful. The location is good and convenient. I do think the owner should invest in an adequate heating system for the room.

KKunlinshuoThe hotel has particularly convenient transportation, just at the entrance of the western district of Kashgar Old Town. There are 2 buses at the door that can go directly to the airport, and 8 buses can go directly to the Kashgar Railway Station. Downstairs of the hotel is the oil painting street, surrounded by net red punching points, through the underground passage is the eastern Khan Bazaar. The air conditioning in the room is very powerful. When the house is full, it is warm. The bath water is very stable all day. Special thanks to all the enthusiastic service staff 🙏

GGuest UserAfter dinner, I took a taxi back and accidentally saw some people in uniforms welcoming me at the door. I looked carefully and found that it was the designated reception point. The whole building feels like a comprehensive mall, and accommodation is only part of it. There is a sales point for Nanda Dairy on the first floor, which is open from 8 am to 10 pm, which is very convenient for guests. There is a huge wall of luggage lockers on the first floor, which is shocking. Unfortunately, I felt that they were not staffed enough at the front desk several times, and the waiting time was relatively long, but it was not easy to maintain a good service attitude. To be fair, the hotel hardware and supplies are really good. The decoration is a more old-fashioned hotel, with wooden cabinets, a little smell, and the facilities may not be particularly new, but the overall feeling is OK. The shampoo and shower gel are not a very expensive brand, but they are comfortable to use. The shower gel seems to be from pmpm, and the hair dryer is also a new basic model. The slippers are particularly thick and of good quality, surpassing many high-priced hotels. I will consider staying here next time I come to Kashgar. I stayed in an expensive hotel next to the ancient city for one night and felt that I didn’t win many points except for the geographical location.
