Perfect
KKeevamcMy friend and I (both from Ireland) stayed here for 4 days and had the best experience. The rooms were lovely and had everything we needed, and the location was perfect- right in the Old Town with lots of nice shops and cafes nearby and beautiful places to take photos. The best part was the staff- everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and they really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. It was really nice to meet lots of groups of travelers there from various countries, too. Would highly recommend!

GGuest UserWow, do yourself a favour and stay at the Wild-West-Explorer Homestay. The whole accommodation is designed with so much attention to details. The staff is really helpful and friendly and also the bed is super comfortable. My highlight was definitely the breakfast on the rooftop, cannot recommend this place enough.

GGuest UserAfter landing in Kashgar, I had a happy day of playing. At night, I suddenly developed acute gastritis. The Uyghur girl named Zuli at the front desk accompanied me to the hospital for examination and prescription until after three in the morning. I really felt the feeling of home. The strange city, strange people, and cold night made my heart feel warm. It turned out that more than 3,000 kilometers away from home, there were still people lighting flashlights for me. ”She could have just called a taxi for me, but she treated me, a stranger, as a family member.” Huazhu is highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe hotel was very clean and hygienic, with excellent attention to detail. The service stood out as exceptionally warm and enthusiastic, making my stay very pleasant. In terms of value, it offers outstanding cost-effectiveness compared to similar places.
What makes it even more special is its location in the old city center—the authentic part of town, which I highly recommend visiting. Each time I returned, I was warmly welcomed by the hotel owner, his wife, and his employee, which made me feel truly at home. The owner speaks good English and is extremely helpful—he not only assisted me with purchasing train tickets but also offered to arrange my visits and itinerary.
This personal touch, combined with the genuine hospitality, makes the hotel an excellent choice for international travelers. Overall, it was a comfortable and worry-free experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and welcoming stay.

RREGINA JIA LING CHOOGreat hotel in great location, walkable to everywhere in Kashgar ancient city, food, etc.
We come back here for the 2nd night after Tashkurgan. The room was cleaned, nice and modern.
There is a coffee machine at the lobby, the staff at the front desk always help us with the coffee.
The staffs also gave us a late check out as we have to catch evening flight.
Staffs at front desks and security are great, helpful and good service-minded, they always greet and welcome us with smiles, help with luggage. But they keep asking to put 5-star rating. It’s understandable if you ask once or twice. It’s a bit too annoying to be asked for 5-star like 10 times during our check out process.
Despite some downsides above, we would stay at this hotel again if we come back in Kashgar.

The location is convenient for transportation, the environment is clean and beautiful, the room is facing the street, I especially like it, and there is a very comfortable lounge area, which is really great 👍. The bedding and toiletries in the room are all five-star standards. It is very warm that the store prepared dried fruit snacks, scented tea, and travel clothing for us to take pictures ourselves. I really recommend everyone to experience their B&B

SShakil AhmadFrom the airport the taxi driver did not know location of JinJiang Inn. After showing him the address we drove on Turman Road but still couldnt find it. We rang the hotel and the taxi drive droped me off in the vicinity. I walked around for a while asking but few people knew the whereabouts. Finally i saw a small signage and turned into the courtyard and there was JinJiang Inn. Later I found out there is a huge sign at ther top of the building but for padestrian traffic its difficult to notice. So perhaps a more conspicouse signage will be helpful. Rooms are brand new and towels clean and replinished every day. The bathroom facilities were great. Breakfast , If you are not a Chinese Traveller i recommend save your money by not buying the breakfast selection as nothing there caters for foriengers. But if you are Chinese the selection is sumptious. Some slices of bread and jam would cater for western taste buds. Location is great. Kunlun Tower is walking distance and so is the Ancient city of Ashgar. The front desk receptionist are really helpful for someone like me who doesn't speak Mandarin. I enjoyed my stay with very little complains. For the price its a value for money accomodation.

GGuest UserWe stayed in December when it was very cold and snowing. The room was cold and the heater is not very good. It’s actually the air conditioning unit and it is positioned by the front door to the room, which is a strange position as it’s far from the room itself. So we felt quite cold. The staff did all they can by providing extra blankets. In fact, the staff are very helpful. The location is good and convenient. I do think the owner should invest in an adequate heating system for the room.
