4-Star Hotels in Kashgar City

I rarely leave reviews, but I *had* to give a shout-out to this incredibly warm and welcoming guesthouse! **Ambiance:** Located within the ancient city, it boasts its own charming courtyard and Kashgar-style decor. There's a subtle, pleasant aroma as soon as you step in, instantly making you feel relaxed and at ease. **Cleanliness:** Every room was spotless. Due to a last-minute booking, I ended up staying in three different room types, but every single one was impeccably clean. It's clear the owner has high standards for hygiene. **Service:** There are so many lovely staff members here! They are incredibly enthusiastic yet always respect your space. Every day, I'd return to a delightful spread of snacks and drinks! Even if I missed breakfast, they'd save a meal for me! What's more, be it breakfast, afternoon tea, or cocktails, everything was excellent – not just thrown together, but clearly made with great care and passion for running a guesthouse. Since my flight was in the late afternoon, the guesthouse even proactively offered a late checkout so I could get some extra rest! I was still being showered with treats before I left, and I even snagged a jar of their floral tea to take with me! 🙉 They'd always proactively ask about airport transfers, unlike many places where you have to request it. Plus, there's a special local souvenir when you check out! Since it's in the ancient city, the staff even handle luggage transport, so you don't have to worry about dragging your bags to the guesthouse yourself. 🥰 I've already recommended this place to all my girlfriends! If I ever come back, I wouldn't hesitate to choose this guesthouse again! Honestly, it was the most comfortable and enjoyable stay I had during my entire trip to Southern Xinjiang! 😍

Traveling to Xinjiang, I was very satisfied with the hotel I stayed at at the end of the trip. In particular, the manager in the picture is very service-minded and responds promptly to guests' needs. After checking in, I asked if the hotel had a humidifier. I was told no. An hour later, one was delivered to me. He said that the manager bought it and it must be praised. For southerners, Xinjiang is too dry and a humidifier is a necessity. The hotel's decoration design is also very reasonable, especially the one-button flush next to the toilet, which is very convenient. The location of the hotel is a bit remote, on the edge of the city, and houses are being built opposite, so there is no view, but everything else is good.

We drove from Urumqi to Kashgar, covered in dust from the journey, and I honestly wasn't expecting much from hotels in Xinjiang. But to my surprise, Kashgar Old City was a delightful discovery, a true 'light at the end of the tunnel.' We arrived at the Old City at 2 AM, and a young man met us at the entrance. The lovely owner was waiting for us at the guesthouse, fully made up, which instantly washed away the fatigue of our long drive. The room was incredibly warm, cozy, and tastefully decorated. But none of that is the most important part. What truly mattered was finding that comfortable bed when I was so sleepy from the road, it was the warm bowl of congee and home-style side dishes when I was too tired to eat anything else. It was the cocktails the owner mixed for me when I was still in the mood to party late into the night. It was the reluctant farewell from all the staff at the guesthouse entrance after check-out, like 'no one leaves the Old City without a friend.' It was their hope and encouragement upon our departure, like 'don't worry about the road ahead, you'll find friends everywhere.' People, when stuck in one place for too long, want to escape; and after escaping for a while, they miss home. The beautiful Munage, though perhaps not perfect in every way, is worth embracing for its gentle kindness and sincerity, overlooking any minor flaws. Just as it embraced us, tired and somewhat battered in body and spirit. ♥️

The hotel is superb, the room is clean, and the sleep is very good, especially the service point of Miss Haas at the front desk, very warm and enthusiastic, a perfect business trip. Because of the full service, it makes me have an infinite good mood and a full love for Kashgar. I hope that everyone who comes to Kashgar in the future can also get a full of happiness here. The hotel is really clean and tidy, the bed makes me a little messy and I won't shoot 😉

This hotel is conveniently located near the old town, making it easy to explore. The room facilities are comprehensive and well-equipped, offering comfort, practicality, and an aesthetic appeal. The room cleanliness is impeccable, and the staff's service attitude is excellent.

I personally feel the location is better than Yifei's. It's only a 5-minute walk from the East Gate of the Old City. You can park your car in a large public parking lot, and parking fees are waived if you register your license plate at the hotel front desk. When entering the parking lot, take the second lane on the left (next to a supermarket) to get to the alley leading to the hotel. You'll see Kunlun Tower from there, and the hotel entrance is just past the 'I❤️Kashgar' sign. The lobby on the first floor is beautifully decorated, and the public areas are very photogenic. They offer complimentary fruit drinks and tea, which are delicious, and small items like dental floss, which is much needed after eating all that beef and lamb in Xinjiang! The bedding in the room is very comfortable, and there's plenty of water pressure for showering. They even provide facial cleanser. The only downside is that the soundproofing could be a bit better. The breakfast restaurant also offers a good variety of choices. The laundry room has 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. However, 10:30 PM to 1:00 AM is peak time, so it's quite hard to get a turn.

The hotel is very close to the East Gate of the ancient city, making it convenient for watching the gate opening performance and exploring the old town. There's a large public parking lot behind the hotel, and you can get free parking by having the front desk register your license plate when you enter and exit. The hotel itself is understated and elegant, with candy and tea available at the front desk. The staff are all very enthusiastic and attentive. The rooms are clean and hygienic; some are a bit compact, but the space for personal belongings has been well-considered, and facilities are comprehensive. A welcome message for the guest even appears on the TV screen, which shows a thoughtful touch. In the evening, light meals and late-night snacks can be prepared upon request, and breakfast is quite varied. If you're not traveling during peak season, the value for money might be even better.

Right opposite the west gate of Kashgar Old City! Super convenient for shopping and leisure nearby! The staff were so friendly and welcoming! My mom and I arrived early in the morning after a long flight and were exhausted. We took a taxi straight to the hotel. We initially planned to just drop our luggage and head out to the Old City, but when we asked at the front desk, they said they had a clean room ready and let us check in early! The beds and pillows in the room were really comfortable, and from our floor, we had a direct view of the Old City!

The service was excellent, and the decor was unique. It was very quiet at night, and the location near the East Gate of the ancient city made it super convenient to watch the opening ceremony. Plus, there were plenty of dining options nearby. It would have been even better if the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area.

Facilities: Excellent and well-equipped, with floor heating, so no need for AC in winter. The shower has great water pressure and drains quickly. Cleanliness: Spotless, no hair, no water stains. Environment: Great, with many dining options nearby and convenient transportation. Service: Good, they patiently answered all questions, and breakfast was nice. Guaranteed late check-out until 3 PM.
