4-Star Hotels in Kashgar City

Traveling to Xinjiang, I was very satisfied with the hotel I stayed at at the end of the trip. In particular, the manager in the picture is very service-minded and responds promptly to guests' needs. After checking in, I asked if the hotel had a humidifier. I was told no. An hour later, one was delivered to me. He said that the manager bought it and it must be praised. For southerners, Xinjiang is too dry and a humidifier is a necessity. The hotel's decoration design is also very reasonable, especially the one-button flush next to the toilet, which is very convenient. The location of the hotel is a bit remote, on the edge of the city, and houses are being built opposite, so there is no view, but everything else is good.

Facilities: The style here is unique and one-of-a-kind in Kashgar. Unlike the rigidity of hotels or the overwhelming soft furnishings of other guesthouses, it has a very stylish feel. Sitting in the lobby allows you to slow down. I especially enjoyed listening to the landlady tell stories; you can tell she loves Kashgar and is passionate about her profession. Cleanliness: Very clean, refreshing, and comfortable. The rooms are minimalist in style, with plenty of hot water, heating, and central air conditioning (both hot and cold). The overall atmosphere is very refreshing. You can lie down and watch a movie in the evening – so comfortable and relaxing. Environment: The overall space feels very spacious, with an open view in the center, which I loved. I especially want to praise the carpets – all thick and high-quality wool carpets, including several handmade wool rugs – beautiful! Overall Experience: Staying in a guesthouse is essential for truly experiencing the local culture in a new place. I stayed for three nights and quickly felt at home. Every time I returned, someone greeted me warmly and left the door and lights on for me. The manager and owner were very helpful, offering recommendations on good food and fun activities! The service was top-notch! I didn't expect to find such a wonderful guesthouse in Kashgar! I'll definitely come back again! Also, one more thing: the guesthouse breakfast was delicious! They specially cooked dishes for us early in the morning, which was very satisfying. The next day, they even asked us what we wanted for breakfast and offered to customize it! Thank you so much! Having family around when we traveled made this trip so much better!

My stay here was excellent. The hotel's location is super convenient, really close to the East Gate of Kashgar Old City – you can easily walk there. The room was clean and tidy, with no strange smells, and the bed was really comfortable. The front desk staff were very welcoming and efficient with check-in, and they were patient in answering any questions I had. It's great value for money, and I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Kashgar. Highly recommended!

The room was spotless, the bedding was pristine white, and the bathroom was completely dry, with not a speck of water in the corners – a testament to the meticulous cleaning. Even the smallest details, like the air conditioning vents, were handled with care. The overall cleanliness far exceeded my expectations. Room service was prompt and efficient each day, and the replenished toiletries and bottled water were a thoughtful touch. The hotel boasts a prime location in a quiet neighborhood with excellent soundproofing, ensuring a undisturbed night's rest. It was an impeccable stay, and I will definitely choose it again!

1. The hotel is very well-managed. All the staff, from the moment you enter, are incredibly professional and helpful, assisting with opening doors and carrying luggage to your room. 2. The front desk staff are highly professional and provide excellent, warm service. They offered fantastic recommendations for attractions in Kashgar and advised on the best times to visit, truly leaving a great impression of Kashgar. 3. The laundry room attendants were also wonderful, promptly drying my clothes after washing. 4. The restaurant offers a rich variety of food, with plenty of vegetables and fruits. After several days of eating meat in Xinjiang, a diverse restaurant like this was exactly what I needed. The meal preparations are very accommodating for people from mainland China. 5. Minor flaw: The soundproofing of the guest room doors could be slightly better.

The hotel's ambiance is great; it's very modern, and the elevators are spacious and never crowded. You need to use your key card to access your floor, which makes it feel very secure. The rooms are incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the bedding is excellent—I slept soundly. The staff are all very friendly, check-in was quick, and the room was spotlessly cleaned. The breakfast spread was also very rich… Many service details were handled exceptionally well, for instance, there were always plenty of bottled water bottles in the lobby every day, so you could grab one on your way out, which was very convenient. I give this hotel full marks and highly recommend staying here when visiting Kashgar!

I personally feel the location is better than Yifei's. It's only a 5-minute walk from the East Gate of the Old City. You can park your car in a large public parking lot, and parking fees are waived if you register your license plate at the hotel front desk. When entering the parking lot, take the second lane on the left (next to a supermarket) to get to the alley leading to the hotel. You'll see Kunlun Tower from there, and the hotel entrance is just past the 'I❤️Kashgar' sign. The lobby on the first floor is beautifully decorated, and the public areas are very photogenic. They offer complimentary fruit drinks and tea, which are delicious, and small items like dental floss, which is much needed after eating all that beef and lamb in Xinjiang! The bedding in the room is very comfortable, and there's plenty of water pressure for showering. They even provide facial cleanser. The only downside is that the soundproofing could be a bit better. The breakfast restaurant also offers a good variety of choices. The laundry room has 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. However, 10:30 PM to 1:00 AM is peak time, so it's quite hard to get a turn.

As soon as I stepped into the hotel, I was shocked by the grandeur of the lobby. When I checked in, the staff was warm and considerate and quickly arranged everything for me. The room was clean and spacious, the bedding was comfortable, and I had a good sleep. The gym and swimming pool are fully equipped to provide a satisfying experience. I will choose here again on my next business trip!

The hotel's location is excellent; you just cross the street to get to the old town, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The front desk service was good, and they promptly provided items for the children. Also, the pick-up driver was very enthusiastic, introducing us to local city features and nearby good eats—a big thumbs up! The breakfast selection was decent and fitting for the hotel's category. The room facilities were also good.

Facilities: Excellent and well-equipped, with floor heating, so no need for AC in winter. The shower has great water pressure and drains quickly. Cleanliness: Spotless, no hair, no water stains. Environment: Great, with many dining options nearby and convenient transportation. Service: Good, they patiently answered all questions, and breakfast was nice. Guaranteed late check-out until 3 PM.
