A beautiful guesthouse in a lovely part of the centre of Rome. Marco the host was fantastic. He was very accommodating, very helpful and extremely nice. The en-suite room was very cute, clean and had everything that was needed for our weekend, including sweets!
We would definitely go back to Fema Suites for another lovely time in Rome and can only recommend!

Nice and clean bed and breakfast in the heart of one of the nicest areas in Rome! Bed was super comfy, Breakfast was great and Marco, the owner, one of the nicest hosts we’ve ever met! We will be back!

I was a little confused at first because there was no hotel sign on the door, but after that, the whole experience was good. The room was a little small, but it had everything I needed, and the shared kitchen had everything from a microwave to simple cooking utensils, and I could comfortably drink capsule coffee. In particular, the Shasha coffee coupon given for breakfast was the best during my 5-day stay here. I enjoyed a cappuccino and croissant at Shasha coffee every morning. It was a 15-minute walk to the Vatican, and a 10-minute walk to the subway, so it was very good.

Nice little cozy hotel (only 4 rooms). Marco is a very attentive and hospitable manager. There are cafes, shops nearby, and you can walk to the sights. Breakfast at the cafe around the corner with special coupons (croissant and coffee)

Our first visit to Rome
Everything was perfect
First of all, when booking I was immediately told that check-in was after 15:00
But!!! Marco immediately allowed me to leave my luggage from 11:00 so that we could enjoy Rome light
However!!! Upon arrival at the hotel, Marco found out that we arrived in Rome at 4:00 and were very tired, so he asked in advance to clean the room before 11 am and prepare it for our check-in, it was very kind of him and thoughtful!!
We were very grateful to Marco!!!
A very tasty Italian breakfast around the corner of the building, included in the stay, a coffee shop with a rich history opened in 1919 😍
