The rooms were ok but the nature of getting to them not good. I requested a room with disability entrance. We were given a room on 5 th floor but to access the room there was very steep 15 steps . If I was not with someone I would not have been able to access my room. It was very slow and scary going for me each time I had to enter and leave . There is no present staff there , just texting the owners. So this problem was impossible to fix. However the security and cleanliness was very good , as was the location

Highly recommended. Very clean, comfortable room. Stephano, the owner, showed an active interest in our stay. This was our first time in Rome, and we had some concerns about safety, but the rooms had good security, and the guest house was in a really nice neighborhood (lots of shops and restaurants). Easy to get to from the train station.

Absolutely horrible experience. Just before departure to Rome and a few hours before the accommodation, the owner canceled our reservation. She didn't communicate all the time, and if she did. So not what I asked. That wouldn't matter. But making the homeless out of a group of 9 people is outrageous behavior. The owner should think. My annoyance can't even be described. VERY VERY WRONG

Cercando un posticino carino vicino all'Università ho trovato questa Guest House, la nostra camera San Pietro è spaziosa, luminosa, accogliente e cosa molto importante pulitissima. Il servizio che ci è stato offerto lo definirei magnifico considerando l'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, abbiamo trovato frigo con bottigliette di acqua, macchina per il caffè e bollitore compresi di cialde e bustine per il the, biscottini tutto compreso. Anche nel bagno sono stati così attenti da farci trovare oltre a shampoo e docciaschiuma anche un kit con spazzolino e dentifricio. Utilissimo l'asciugacapelli. Gentilissima la signora di servizio che ci ha fornito un guanciale in più. Insomma una formula per trascorrere serenamente un soggiorno nella bellissima e caotica Roma. Lo consiglio perché la tariffa pagata è davvero competitiva considerando i servizi e la qualità fornita.

Sono stato in questa struttura in compagnia di mia moglie dal 4 al 6 ottobre. Arriviamo alla struttura alle 22.30 e seguendo le istruzioni dateci tramite mail precedentemente riusciamo ad entrare senza nessun problema. Le camere si trovano al quinto piano raggiungibile da un'ascensore. Ci viene assegnata la camera Colosseo. Camera pulita, ordinata con metratura normale. Bagno pulitissimo, e nuovo. Asciugamani, dentifricio, spazzolino e macchinetta del caffè a disposizione del cliente, oltre che al frigobar con acqua fresca aggiunta ogni giorno. Posizione centrale a qualche centinaio di metri dalla Basilica di San Pietro. Proprietari gentilissimi a rispondere alle domande fatte i giorni prima della partenza. Un buon appoggio per poter girare la città. Sotto la struttura abbiamo provato il gelato di Ged, costoso ma buono e fatto colazione da Bistrot San Pietro.

Ottimo soggiorno, proprietari gentili e cortesi così come la donna delle pulizie. Grandiosa anche la disponibilità di microonde e spazio colazione in comune. La camera è dotata di aria condizionata e di tutti i servizi igienici necessari. Consigliato!

Camera e bagno spaziosi, super pulita, servizio top. Il team è gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione per ogni eventualità. Accommodation in pieno centro a 1 minuto a piedi dalla metro. A pochi passi da Città del Vaticano, da lì puoi andare praticamente ovunque.

Ottima soluzione vicino al Vaticano con fermata metro a due passi. Self check-in facile, comunicazione efficiente. Camera essenziale ma con tutti i comfort, peccato per il lavandino intasato e la mancanza del bidet (comunque preventivamente segnalata). Da ripetere
