The Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel, Autograph Collection

This luxury hotel is absolutely stunning. The room was very clean & modern, and the staff was kind & accommodating. The bed was a comfortable king size bed, which seemed hard to find in Rome. They included a lovely welcome gift for us due to my titanium status, which is always a nice surprise! The location was perfect. We walked everywhere and felt very safe. There’s a small square right next to the hotel with cafes and a gelato shop, including Sant Eustachio Caffe, which is one of Rome’s famous cafes. We had coffee and pastries there each morning. The hotel also has a beautiful rooftop patio with a lovely aperitivo. I can’t speak to the value, since I booked with points, but I highly recommend this hotel.

Fabulous hotel! Incredible design, staff all go over and above to ensure nothing but the best! The pantheon image and history is incorporated into every part of the hotel. The roof top restaurant- lounge is fabulous. Nothing but thanks to everyone we had the opportunity to encounter.

This hotel is located well for sight seeing. It was clean and comfortable. The rooftop bar had wonderful views. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside we had was the electronic key card use. We had difficulty opening our room door almost every time. Once we got in the room we put the key card in the electronic control panel to turn on the lights. We really thought it was just us not understanding how to use the lights but two nights in a row the lights would randomly come on in the middle of the night. This happened several times a night. I will say that after we shared this with the staff they were very responsive. They sent a worker to the room right away. He "re-set" the system. Well, this actually didn't help. We had one night left in our stay so we just let it go. I still would recommend this hotel! I believe it was just a glitch in the electronics.

Wonderful hotel, great experience, helpful, kind and knowledgeable staff. If you are considering staying at this hotel, look no further. It's not only near the Pantheon, but also centrally located for walkable trips to other sites. Oh, and the breakfast is superb!

Location It's a couple blocks from the Pantheon and short walking distance to many major attractions like Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, etc. There are small one way streets all around so arriving by car can be complicated. Entrance Friendly bellmen and front desk staff. We got the rooms we wanted. Front desk also helped with restaurant reservations, maps, etc. Lobby Well designed and contemporary but smallish. When we arrived around 10a the lobby was full of frustrated Americans who were waiting until check in time. They really should offer them another space somewhere else to not give the impression that the hotel is crowded and chaotic. There was also a queue for the lobby toilet which was frustrating. Room The rooms were contemporary and updated in design. They were large with all the amenities that you would want. We could hear sounds from the hallway but otherwise had a great stay. Restaurant There is an upscale restaurant off the lobby but it was closed when we were there. Breakfast was goo in the rooftop bar area. Views are amazing. Conclusion We enjoyed our stay - esp being close to the Pantheon. Was beautiful walking by it every night and morning
