Amazing stay ! Thanks Receptionist Barbara you were so kind !, great location clean apartment great staff, next time we will stay here again.

We arrived on the Thursday and we were apparently at the wrong location. When the lady kindly took us to the “correct” location we were greeted with builders, cables everywhere and finally, a room fit for Harry Potter. Looking back through the photos show we did not get anything near the advertised rooms and not only that, we were right above the busy metro station which, had we stayed in the correct location, we would not have been. The cleanliness of the room was fantastic, but very disappointed my partners birthday surprise was in a room no bigger than a garden shed.

We reserved at Nerva Accomodation Carvour and we were moved to Nerva Accomodation, a different building.

Clean rooms, excellent services and good location, close to bus stops and metro station. We were allocated to the newest properties which are quite new. Morden properties. We were also offered complimentary breakfast and snacks which are surprisingly good for the price. Definitely recommend if you would like to have a budget hotel to stay few days in Rome

Great deal if you don’t want to spend a lot of money on hotels. Nerva is a mix of hotel, airbnb, and hostel. They take a floor in a building and transform into hotel. They have this central kitchen with fridge, coffee machine, and they offer you free of charge a small breakfast. The hotel is in front of a metro station. Positive: good bed, cleanliness, air conditioning, location (central point in Rome), staff (Barbara and all the other ladies) Could improve: pillow, shower cabin (we wet the whole bathroom each bath), coffee machine (broken). To pay attention: some rooms can be noisy because of the streets (not a big deal for us), double check your door because is it’s key code and sometimes it doesn’t lock properly.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We had two twin beds, the room is big enough and clean. Hotel is close to all attractions, metro station and Rome terminal.

Great location and the amenities/ services were amazing.

The hotel doesn’t look at all like the in the pictures. The hotel is very small and dated. But what was really shocking is the room - it looked like they closed a balcony with a thin cascade walls, meaning we could hear very clearly what’s happening in the corridor and in the adjacent rooms. Luckily there wasn’t a lot of noise. The draining in the shower was terrible. We needed to pause the shower so the water could fully drain. The staff were fine, and the room was cleaned. But in general it felt that its not the hotel we booked. We would not come back.

Not bad

The room is in a good location, not far from the Colosseum and other scenic spots. The facilities in the old city are relatively old. It is not a hotel, but a B&B. The boss is very talkative, but the hotel facilities are relatively old. There is a food bar that is not bad, but the sanitary conditions are a bit poor. The door has a password but cannot be locked.

Great location. Kind and helpful staff. Functional and available 24-hour breakfast and refreshment solution. Original and unconventional furnishings. Ideal for couples and families.

Good accommodation. The only recommendation is that I don't understand why they don't take away the trash you leave in your room when you clean it. If you have to take it out yourself, they should tell you where to take it. The three nights we stayed, we had to take the trash out to reception. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Everything is fine! The location is very convenient, both to the station and to all attractions. The room is clean. The administrator is a very friendly girl. Thanks for the hospitality!

Everyone must pay attention to this hotel. The photo and location on Ctrip are of one hotel, but when we actually checked in, it was another hotel. When we arrived, we thought the hotel looked pretty good, but the staff said our room was in another place. He took us there, and then the hotel over there was at the subway exit, but it was obviously not very good. It was like a single room separated by wooden boards. The room was also super dark and the soundproofing was not good. The coughing sound from the next room could be heard clearly. The only advantage was that they provided free breakfast and the staff had a good attitude.
