The room was spotless, and it was clear it had been recently refurbished, offering great value for the price. However, the thin walls were a major drawback, as every sound from neighbouring rooms was audible, causing frequent disturbances throughout the night. Additionally, on the last day, there was no cold water, making it impossible to shower. When we reported this to the receptionist, they unhelpfully suggested we should have complained the day before, despite the issue only arising that mornig — we cannot predict the future lol
Despite of this, I would probably stay again as it is good value for money.

The location is OK, close to Vatican city. Restaurants nearby are nice with good price. But the hotel is equipped with really old facilities.

Smell of the waste water and only one plug in the bathrooom and no plug at all in the room, breakfast was satisfied

Everything was nice but we had bad service and terrible food , in the morning a guy that works at the hotel in maintenance knocked at our door and started screaming at me because he didn’t understand English nor I understood Italian, very mean ,
We got the breakfast and I think it’s worst one I’ve tried ever in a hotel. And zero amenities

The view of the room is random, there are almost no views like the platform photos
The drying facilities in the room and bathroom are very good
