WONDERFUL location. Was our first time in Rome and this was the perfect place to stay. I mean a 2 minute walk to everything. When you get in you have to take the elevator up 2 flights, which is nice not to have to drag luggage. Check in was smooth and the front desk very helpful and kind. Thank goodness for air conditioning. I was a bit nervous as when we got in the room was rather loud being right next to a busy street and ear plugs at the tableside. DONT worry, the traffic is gone by 6 but starts again at 7 am. Adorable little patio we had our coffee on each am. There are so many good bakeries close by too. AVOID the market across the street... full of scammers. You can get their items for 25% off the cost at the local grocery stores. We walked 25 min to the vatican, 25 min the other way to The Colosseum, 10 minutes to Trevi Fountain and Pantheon and Piazza Navona was around the corner. The price for this area was hard to beat. Comfy beds and they let us have a later check out as our flight got delayed and we got caught in the rain. Thank you so much! Highly recommend. When you get out of the hotel, cross the street, take the second right and on the left is the best little bakery!

We stayed here for 2 days and have no complaints😁😁 The staff was very helpfull and the rom was clean whit a very comfy king zise bed😊 a fridge whit Cold beers was a good welcome in a hot night when we arrived 😊😊🍺

Overall, this is not a good hotel and I would recommend not staying here. It was the worst of four different hotels that we stayed at during two weeks in Italy. Here are the two worst parts, first: 1) The staff only works from 8am – 6pm. This prevents early/late check-in/check-out (which is very strange for a hotel), and means that any issues that you have late at night or early in the morning will go unaddressed 2) Also, they don’t have keypads. You are given an archaic key set of keys, held together on a giant loop, which you are required to use to guide yourself through four separate gates in order to reach the hotel – all of which have their own large and bulky key (which doesn’t account for the key you need to use to access the safe). This key chain is enough of a reason in itself not to stay at the hotel – it’s large, awkward, uncomfortable to cart around and easy to lose. And, as mentioned before, if you lose the key set at any point between 6pm – 8am, you’re out of luck and unable to access your room. The rooms are big enough, and the bathrooms worked well enough. The location is also “just OK’ – near some shops and sights, but centered on a busy street, without much character to the neighborhood. The bedding was very dirty, with clear yellow stains on the sheets when we arrived. They did not change the sheets once during four days of staying here, and we slept in what seemed like someone else’s urine stains the entire time. The WiFi was spotty and didn’t work well – it kept dropping and couldn’t play a video.The rooms are also connected by an outside balcony, which means that unscrupulous guests staying in other rooms could easily access your room and steal your belongings of they so chose. It's not expensive, but you're able to find other, better hotels for the price. I recommend staying at Numa Portico above this, which we stayed at for the first leg of our journey.

we stayed in this bb for valentine's day and we couldn't have made a better choice! the location is perfect: a few steps from piazza navona and campo de' i fiori, ideal for exploring the city on foot. The room was cozy but the real added value was the owner, always available and very kind! The hospitality made the stay special. We will return for longer periods given the excellent quality/price! ps: the rooms have been renovated and modernized compared to the photos, I recommend updating them on the site too

This is yet another Roman B&B without a 24-hour receptionist service. No breakfast. Strategically located in Corso V. Emanuele at the intersection for Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori, in a pedestrian area well served by all imaginable places, buses and taxi stops. In other words, it can't get any better; you can walk everywhere. The location is in a historic building where there are more of these hotel solutions. Renovated, even if not very recent, it is very well kept. Comfortable beds, large and quiet room as the fixtures are excellent and in any case we were in an internal alley as a view. At check-in you are given information to manage entries and exits after 6 pm, a time when there is no one at the front desk and in the building. Young, kind and helpful staff for any information and suggestions.

Well-located hotel, friendly welcome and our classic but comfortable room, perhaps a small remark on the sheets which do not stay in place at night (no fitted sheet or duvet cover)....but overall good for the area....price paid 56 euros per night, no breakfast......
