Absolutely loved my stay here! Claudia is such an amazing host. She is very kind and gracious. The breakfast provided in the morning was really good and I miss the Ciambellone cake Claudia would have for us every morning. The rooms are nice and the washroom is spacious. The place is very close to Metro Circo Massimo and is surrounded by restaurants. My favorite was NUMA al circo. The place is very secure and protected by almost 3 locked doors. So no concerns about safety. It was within walkable distance to Colosseum and gave me an opportunity to visit the monument even late at night walking. The sight of Circo Massimo is also very pretty at night once the lights are up. If you decide to stay at this place while you visit Rome you have made the best decision. I had a pleasant stay and definitely miss Claudia's hospitality. She is so generous.

We stayed at the apartment of B&B Circus Maximus and had a fantastic time - 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms & a huge terrace - just lovely. They arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport (extra cost) and he was so lovely and a very safe driver. Our plane was delayed and we received texts from owner to check that everything was ok and driver waited patiently at the airport. We could check in straight away at 10am which was just fantastic and when we arrived we were greeted by Marina who showed us everything in the apartment-. She made some great suggestions of things to do and see in Rome. Some of which were not typical touristy sites and so it was nice to see other parts of Rome. The place itself was clean. Great heating throughout - which was needed. Grocery store across the road (literally). Metro a 2-3 minute walk away and Colosseum an easy walk. Complete black out blinds extra plus. Some noise from outside and neighbours but really it was perfect for us. Thank you so much to everyone for making our 5 night stay in Rome wonderful.

My experience was very disappointing. My girlfriend 19 and I 17 years and 11 months booked three nights. There was no one to check in. We were entered by residents. Check-in was via WhatsApp. Stay was canceled without direct communication. We received an email from Booking. Reason for cancellation, do not rent to minors. Very unfortunate, after all, I will be 18 next month. Fortunately, we were able to quickly find another place to stay through Booking, where we did very well. with friendly and helpful staff which we cannot say about circus Maximus. For us this was a real disappointment. The room was also super small. Make sure that one of your traveling companions is not underage because you will be thrown out on the street without mercy!
