The hotel is amazing. There is a lift so we don't have to carry our Luggage though the stairs and theres a bidet in the bathroom. The hotel room is very clean and organized. The breakfast is delicious and delivered on time (there are cereals and milk, scrambled eggs and bacon and an assortment of breads daily). The location is also amazing as its 2 minutes walk from the Ottaviano station and around 10 minutes walk to Vatican. Definitely the best hotel to stay in as there are also wonderful restaurants and supermarket nearby.

The entrance door is hard to find because it is shared with the apartment residents.
It was difficult to carry the carrier because the floor was so narrow.
The kitchen lady's breakfast was generous and friendly.
An amount of more than 100 euros is too much.

This is a small place, 4 rooms only, but if you get a room here you will be glad you did. Room was very comfortable and spacious. They are located on 3rd floor, but there is a small elevator. It is in a great location: 10 minutes walk to Vatican Museums, 15 min walk to San Pietro. It is close enough for easy access, but far enough away to be comparatively quiet. The street feels more like a residential neighborhood. And the breakfast. Oh, my! The breakfast! It is delivered to your room on a little cart, and it rivals the breakfast buffet in a luxury hotel or on a cruise ship. It comes with a selection of pastries, cereal, fruit, & yougurt. You also get your choice of eggs, as well a choice of espresso, cappuccino or tea. I'll include a photo. It was amazing.

Wonderful place to stay. It is a few blocks from the Vatican and close to a number of amazing places to eat. The room was immaculate and the service was a 10 +. Breakfast in your room daily set this place over the top! If returning to Rome, we would definitely stay here again.

I had a one-night stay here at Best Vatican B&B before my flight home. I was pleasantly surprised. My room was very comfortable and had great air conditioning. It was very hot in Rome when I was there. The pillows and bedding were great and there was a refrigerator with complimentary drinks. That came in very handy after getting there from the train! The property called and reserved a car for me to get to the airport the next morning. Breakfast was served in my room and was delicious! Scrambled eggs and bacon, a selection of breads, butter and homemade jams, cereal and milk, yogurt, cheese, fresh fruit, coffee and juice. Mrs. Nicolletta was on-site in the morning to help with anything. I would stay here again.

Safe clean comfortable beds and a wonderful breakfast what more could you want. Yes the room was small but at the same time it had everything we needed. I honestly couldn't find fault with it. Great location metro only a few minutes away and 10 minutes to Vatican. Great shops bars and restaurants nearby...
