Charm and Chic e’ un B&B pensato e trattato con amore, nel cuore di Roma. Abbiamo alloggiato lì tre giorni (due notti) e siamo stati piacevolmente accolti e coccolati. Luca si è occupato dell’accoglienza ed è stato disponibile su ogni nostra richiesta; Michela è la signora che cura la colazione e anche lei è stata veramente squisita. La struttura ha 4 camere. Noi abbiamo occupato la camera “Diamante”, molto carina, spaziosa e ben arredata. Un solo suggerimento: una luce un po’ più forte sullo specchio del bagno. Pulizia ottima: ogni angolo della struttura è pulito, profumato e in ordine. Posizione eccellente: in pochi minuti si raggiungono a piedi i monumenti e le terrazze panoramiche più belle di Roma. Servizio Wi-Fi perfetto. Ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. Grazie 🙏🏼 Torneremo sicuramente 🧡

Myself and my 10 year old daughter stayed here for 5 nights on our first trip to Rome. The place itself is not too hard to find, one street back off the main shopping thoroughfare (behind H&M), as long as your maps are working you’ll find it no problem. We were sent clear instructions on how to access the property before we arrived and we’re able to self check in with the permission of the property, about an hour early. By chance we ran into one of the owners when we arrived who couldn’t have been more helpful on our first day. After that we barely ran into anyone else at all, in passing a couple of other guests. The shining light is Michaela the property’s wonderful housekeeper - every morning she made us feel so welcome, completely at home. An angel. The hotel is on the second floor of the building, however there is a small elevator so you don’t have to drag heavy suitcases up two flights of stairs. It’s also perfectly situated, 10 minute walk to Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. 5 mins to Spanish Steps. 20 mins walk to Colosseum and 30 mins walk to Vatican City. Loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again when we return.

The hotel is very nice.. actually a room in a converted apartment.. so no public spaces. Good location and clean comfortable beds and room. Initial contact with the manager was slow and a bit abrupt before we arrived but everything worked out eventually. Very nice friendly housekeeper.

booked this through booking .com ,emailed both numerous times over a 3 week period to confirm a late check in as flights had been changed ,they said they had contacted property and property would be in touch -heard nothing ,i emailed property 4 times -again heard nothing .An absolute shocking level of customer service ,now changed my booking to another hotel who managed to reply to me in 5 minutes .It is an embarrassment to booking .com to have properties like this on their site .avoid at all costs

THE GOOD POINTS. it’s well located near the pantheon. the suite room was spacefull and clean. THE BAD POINTS. VERY NOISY FROM 6 AM BECAUSE JUST UP THE BUTCHER SHOP. During 4 days we saw absolutely no one and was no given any informations VERY LIGHT BREAKFAST. Only a coffee bottle juice and one croissant. Served in a restaurant near the place THE LAST COMMENTS WERE ALMOST 1 YEAR OLD…. Thats bad …..

The structure is very central. Upon arrival we found no one waiting for us and despite the messages exchanged previously we had not been given pins to open the various doors. I called the number and a man who spoke poor Italian answered so it took us 20 minutes to explain ourselves and manage to get in. The room was nothing special, with a battered camp bed as a third bed. Radiators on full blast all night despite 20 degrees outside, with no way to turn them off and last thing terrible breakfast with no croissants or fresh bread just a donut from a few days before and sandwich bread. The only positive note was the kindness of the guy we found at breakfast.

Estuvimos alojados aquí unos años atrás y la experiencia fue muy buena por lo cual decidímos regresar en nuestro nuevo paso por Roma. Lamentablemente la experiencia en esta oportunidad fue totalmente diferente para mal. Salvo la ambientación y la ubicación que siguen siendo las mismas y por lo tanto muy buenas, el resto dejó mucho que desear comenzando por la escasa y mala comunicación con el/la responsable del lugar. La comunicación en cambio si funcionó para pedirme que completara el check in desde muchos días anteriores a nuestra llegada como también para pedirme el pago de la tasa local aún antes de nuestro arribo. Cabe señalar que durante nuestra estadía de 4 días nunca vimos en el b&b a nadie responsable del lugar salvo al personal de limpieza. A nuestra llegada, ya complicada por cierto con los sistemas de apertura de las habitaciones, detectamos cosas a solucionar como : la lampara de una de las mesitas de luz estaba quemada, la caja fuerte estaba bloqueada por lo que no se podía usar (nunca pudieron arreglarla) el secador de pelo se recalentaba a los 3' de uso y dejaba de funcionar, nunca existió la botella de agua que supuestamente debería haber y lo peor, un colchón que de tan hundido en el medio no nos permitió descansar en toda la noche. A primera hora de la mañana siguiente de nuestro arribo mandé el mensaje pertinente con todos mis reclamos preguntando además cuál era el horario de desayuno. En la respuesta recibida me enteré que el desayuno se servía en un bistró afuera del b&b, lo cual no está aclarado, y que incluía una bebida caliente, un jugo exprimido y un croissant y que cualquier cosa que pidiera extra tendría que ser pagado por nosotros. Y que me harían llegar los vouchers. Resumiendo, los vouchers llegaron nuestro día de partida asi que cada vez que desayunamos tuvimos que pedir disculpas por no tenerlos y agradecer la gentileza del dueño del lugar que nos lo sirvió igual. En cuanto al colchón fue solucionado después de pedirle,en realidad rogarle al Sr. de la limpieza que hiciera algo al respecto. Concluyendo nuestra opinión hubiera sido diferente si hubiéramos encontrado otra capacidad de respuesta frente a nuestras necesidades y no sentir que estábamos librados a nuestra suerte. Eso sí, nos permitieron dejar nuestro equipaje hasta nuestra hora de partida. No alcanzó para pensar en volver!

Découverte très agréable en plein centre de Rome, à deux pas de la Piazza di Spagna et de la via del Corso. Petit-déjeuner à 75 mètres dans un café très agréable. Pensez à emporter les bons pour le petit-déjeuner que vous trouverez sur la table de votre chambre sous peine de devoir retourner les chercher. Literie correcte, salle de bain moderne avec une grande douche, volets pour bien obscurcir la chambre. Pas de bruit de voitures vu que seuls les taxis circulent dans la rue. Conseil: essayez l’excellent restaurant Diandra qui se trouve à deux pas. Accueil professionnel, cuisine italienne teintée de couleurs sardes, excellents vins, le tout à un prix très raisonnable (dîner en couple, 3 plats, 1 bouteille de vin, 100 euros). Autre plus: station de taxi devant le B&B.

Chambre spacieuse décorée avec goût extrêmement propre nettoyée tous les jours (serviettes changées tous les jours). Très bien située à 500m de la place d’Espagne, 10mns de la fontaine de trévi. Ne pas oublier que ce n’est pas un hôtel, pas de conciergerie 24h/24. Vous avez un code à l’entrée et vos clés (comme à la maison). Petit déjeuner (8h30-10h) très copieux (pain, croissants, charcuterie, fromage) et de supers cappuccinos. Notre séjour n’aurait pas été le même sans l’accueil chaleureux et la gentillesse de Daniella et Michaëla. Merci infiniment à vous 2 d’avoir contribué à notre merveilleux séjour. Seul bémol, il y a du bruit provenant de la rue. Nous avions la chambre Oro et le matelas a besoin d’être changé il a fait largement son temps, il s’affaisse au milieu. Un bon matelas et j’y reviendrai les yeux fermés.
