The room is spacious enough for me and my friend to open our luggage at the same time and still lots of room to walk around with the case opened. The bed and linens are comfortable. Desk to long and wide, with two chairs allow us to use and put on daily skin care together. Only if they could setup slippers in room and add in tooth brush and tooth paste in the bathroom then it will be perfect. Location wise there are quite a lot of restaurants around and it is very close to the central terminal, just a 5-10 minutes walk. You can also take bus or train around to travel around attractions in Rome very easily. There are 2-3 receptionists in the check in counter, they are very knowledgeable to Rome and hotel product knowledge, hope they could keep smile on faces and more friendly. Also I request a non need service to our room to the housekeeping attendant on the second day, but we came back to the room and found it was cleaned. Attached the photo is the door stopper which I found good for the attendant they don’t need to bend their back and also to protect the door from getting starches at the same time.

It can give very high marks for the convenience and accessibility of transportation. What is more impressive, however, is that the friendly smiles and hospitality of the staff were received smoothly. The cleanliness and facilities of the rooms are quite good, but the rooms are not spacious. There are several tourist attractions around the hotel. It is also easy to access major tourist destinations. However, the most impressive thing that this hotel gave me was the hospitality and smile at front desk. Even though it is a short time, it is not easy to make a good impression like this. This is the case when soft power made the hard power shine more. The hotel's management strategy is impressive in that smart power was exercised. From the guest's point of view, there was nothing special, but it is a hotel that you can definitely leave with a good impression.

I had a very bad experience in this hotel. The room is very noisy. Not sufficient sockets. Kettle is very old style and dangerous to use. No decent table in toilet for toothbrush and stuff. I paid for a very high room rate for this low standard! Regret to stay in this hotel!

Train is only 10 min walk away- perfect if you're traveling the next morning. Lots of great restaurants nearby too.

Spacious rooms for such a convenient and central location. Although its near to the train station it enjoys quiet and safety on a safe street. Clean room. A high c/p choice for travelling in rome!

Hotel room is clean , but the shower water quite weak …Lift is too small only 2 person with baggage will full , you had to wait long time to lobby 😂that is only disappoin**ent Breakfast choices are suitable , Waiters are willing to serve you sincerely.
