Great location, nice clean room , up to Korean hotel standarts with heated floor etc… upon my arrival around 2pm no one was in the reception and I no one answered to phone number , eventually someone showed up after 40 min waiting

It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I accidentally left the foam cleansing product in the room, checked out, and came back in the evening to retrieve it, but they said it wasn't there. Well, it made me feel good to hear that a customer who stayed for several nights said that the item was missing, even if it was actually there, but they pretended to make an effort, but they said it wasn't there. This was really bad. To be honest, I didn't like the facilities because it felt like a studio apar**ent, but the service from the front desk staff was really bad.

I stayed for 5 consecutive nights. It feels like you are using the floor of an officetel for accommodation, and you use the same elevator as the residents. Although there was a sign (in Korean, of course) on the elevator that said, ``Water supply will be cut off for 2 hours due to water tank inspection,'' there was no communication from the hotel, so I was unable to take a shower or do laundry, which threw my plans off course. It would be helpful if there was a little more consideration for those staying multiple nights. The cleanliness of the room is somewhere between a hotel and a BNB. Personally, I can use it without any problems and am satisfied. I didn't feel any inconvenience because I could ask the front desk what I needed and they would lend it to me. This accommodation is recommended for those who are used to traveling to Korea.

I stayed alone, and it was clean and warm. It's a bit small, but it seems cheap for Seoul and it was okay for me to sleep alone.

The location was convenient as there were convenience stores and restaurants nearby and you could walk to Gangnam if you tried hard enough. The room feels dim until you enter, but inside it feels like a one-room apar**ent. The shower and toilet are combined, so it's convenient to wear sandals with holes for good drainage.

It’s not cold without windows

A place with excellent accessibility as it is located between Yeoksam Station and Seolleung Station. The facilities and cleanliness were good. I think this is a good place to stay for a day.

On the first day, Wifi and TV were not available. Apparently, the power to the antenna had been disconnected from the outlet. Other parts were also inconvenient as it was hard to plug in an outlet. Also, the towels are dirty, so if you are concerned about that, I think you should bring your own. (This time, it was replaced immediately.)

Peripheral functions are very convenient

The accommodation is convenient and comfortable.

The hotel only has dead bugs in the room and doesn't seem to be well maintained.

It was enough for sleeping, but I wonder if I wanted a little more amenities. I happened to forget my toothbrush, so I wanted one.

We kindly checked in early. There was a little distance from the subway station, but it was convenient because the bus stop and convenience store were close. The facilities were suitable for the price, and the overall impression was dark.
