Excellent location, very clean room, comfortable bed, very small lift, if you have phobia, then no good for you. Very pleasant staff at the reception. Very easy acess to Roman Tetmini via buses H, 170. As you come out of the hotel, turn left towards the Tunnel, walk via the tunnel, you will arrive to the centre within 5 minutes.

Situated on a main route, this hotel was quiet and clean. Our room was adequate, the bed was extremely comfortable and the cleaners were excellent, each day we arrived back to a spotless room. Staff on reception were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the Colluseum, everything else is close by. The road is a busy one with lots of Police vehicles passing by often. Our room was one with a courtyard view, a view that wasn't what we imagined a courtyard in Rome to be. Like I said, it was quiet. The bed was great however, we only had thin sheets, no other duvet etc and only 3 pillows. It was big deal, I had one pillow, my wife two. I don't think the hotel rooms have air conditioning, not an issue in May. Also, the reception area is on the first floor. When you walk in, go up the stairs to reception. The lift is tiny and only fits two people with a suitcase. We did enjoy our stay here, thank you so much to the staff!

We stayed in the adjacent 1880 Atypical Rooms section and double room 18 was very unique - nice, modern updated and comfortable. The front desk was extremely helpful and all the staff were pleasant. The elevators are small but luckily there are elevators. This hotel is centrally located which allowed us to walk to many of the main attractions in Rome as well as to the meeting points for several of our tours. Plenty of shops, restaurants and bakeries are just around the corner. Great stay, wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.
