Everything as described.
Small rooms but with everything needed. Good service from the staff, exception the lady who attends the breakfast who is not quite in the same mood than the other people.
Reception guys are quite helpful
Is advertised a “pool” but in reality is a small jacuzzi. Could be more accurate.
Far from the main attractions. Uber/Taxi could be costly. Else you must be prepared to walk 5-8 mins to the subway.

I booked a room with a terrace and stayed for 5 nights.
First of all, the shower water clogs easily, and there are so many ants on the terrace that I can't eat food.
Also, when I open the door to ventilate, many bugs come in, making ventilation difficult, and there is no separate bathroom door, so the room itself is very humid.
The distance to the subway is not bad (5 minutes on foot), and there is a Conard (supermarket) very close by, so it was good for walking around.
The hallway had a unique Western smell (smell?) that was so strong that I vomited several times...
