This B&B has a good location. If you book through Ctrip, you have to call the Shinjuku boss yourself. He will send you the password for the door and room. The boss’s Italian accent is a bit strong, haha. The B&B is on the second floor. The public area is quite large, with a microwave, a water dispenser, and a public washing machine. The room is not big, and the 1.3-meter bed is a bit cramped for two people. It is recommended to stay alone. The room has its own bathroom and toilet, a small cupboard and a small refrigerator, which are basically enough. Someone cleans the place every afternoon. On the day I left, I met the cleaning guy. From my visual inspection, the restaurants of Southeast Asian origin are very welcoming. If you need temporary storage, just leave your luggage in the public area when you leave. The door password is valid until 9 pm, but you can't enter your own small room. The service is very attentive. The soundproofing of the room is not very good, so if you are concerned, it is recommended to bring earplugs.

BePlace Aventino is a delightful b&b located in a wonderful area of Rome. The quiet location behind the Circus Maximus and a stone's throw from the Baths of Caracalla allowed us to discover a truly interesting part of Rome that we had never happened to explore on the usual tourist routes. The B&B is comfortable, it makes you feel at home, in a beautiful and bright environment, recently renovated, equipped with a series of services not discounted for a B&B (such as, for example, a fridge, kettle and coffee machine in the room, the large and very comfortable bed and many others). The host Andrea is of a rare kindness, always available and ready to meet our needs. I highly recommend it! When I go back to Rome, I will stay at this B&B again.

All negative ... the uncomfortable bed with all crumpled sheets breakfast included in the bar with ticket. From the hotel but no one has communicated this to us so it's a rip off ... just a nice shower ok

Pulizia perfetta, cucina ben fornita e ottima posizione a 11 minuti dalla metro blu (per Termini e Colosseo) e 5-10 da vari pullman e tram che portano in tutta Roma. Anche l'arredamento è nuovo e curato. I letti comodissimi. Assolutamente consigliato!
