Very good hotel! Highly recommend it. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Gave me a map on my first day and told me about all the places to visit. Lady at the check in counter is extremely friendly and welcoming. Rooms are very clean and have a contemporary feeling. Breakfast was left everyday outside the room at 7.30 although could be better but for the price it’s okay. The minibar is free on the first day which is really nice and also got told could make international calls for free which gives some peace of mind in case phone or SIM card stops working. Overall, lovely stay - will come back here if I visit Rome again.

What does a traveler who descends to the city of Rome ask for?
However, if there is a place that is enough to be the axis of the trip, that is, if there is a sign of a person who carries a great location, clean, and touches the heart of the heart, that is good.
This hotel was exactly the real thing. If you step out of the hotel, the Cathedral of Santa Maria Maggiore spreads in front of you like a painting, and it is easy to reach the Rome termini station by dragging a large pass. In addition, the old arena Colosseum and the fountain of love Trevi are within walking distance. It is in a perfect position as a base to check the time and space that the city of Rome is proud of with its own feet.
The bath and toilet are clean and the rooms are neat. The reception of Miss Jasmine at the reception was warm like an old friend, and made me forget the tiredness of the trip.
Unfortunately, there are two points. One is that there was a floating object in the water of a shared coffee maker that could be seen as dust or mold. Hygiene is the basis of civilization. Another thing was that I was suddenly told to pay the accommodation tax at check-in. If there is a communication means called WhatsApp in advance, the preparation and mentality of the guests are very different just by notifying them.
Still, I am not hesitant to write this inn as ”satisfaction”. Maintain quality and unparalleled in location. The value of travel is formed by such a small sum.
The room is very clean! The layout is also very comfortable, I really like the small round table
There are several shortcomings: the sound insulation is a bit poor, the bathing place is a bit small, the hair dryer wind is not enough
Все хорошо было, классное место . Расположение топ, везде близко и пешком. Персонал приветливый и отзывчивый. Единственный косяк - очень медленный лифт ))
The hotel is conveniently located, but I arrived late in the evening and passed the door three times. It was locked. At first, I thought it was the entrance to the offices. There was a sign with bells and names (?) nearby, but unfortunately, in the dark, I couldn't make out the hotel name on it. I was lucky that guests were returning at that moment. Honestly, in daylight, I didn't even notice if the hotel name was on the building.
The hotel is on the 4th floor. The building is old, but there is an elevator in which you have to open and close all the doors yourself. I don't consider this a drawback; I just thought elevators like this were long gone, and it was unusual to use, but interesting.
The room has cups, coffee and sugar, water, and napkins. A kettle, coffee maker, and refrigerator are available at reception. The bathroom has towels, including foot towels, a shower cap, a hairdryer, and shower gel (which, I believe, also includes shampoo).
There is no safe in the room.
I liked the hotel for its location (close to attractions), the staff's attitude, and the comfort.
The overall room is not big but it is enough for our three temporary accommodations. It is close to various attractions and convenient for our short stay. All stays are very pleasant 😀
The location is good, with many restaurants downstairs. However, the host doesn’t respond very well. We booked online for two people, but the room can accommodate up to five, and the booking receipt showed that we only needed to pay taxes for two people. After check-in, the host’s mother asked me to pay the city tax for five people. I showed her the booking details, and she complained a bit that our room is for five people and that five-person taxes should be charged, but she let it slide this time. Aside from this small hiccup, everything else was fine.
The location is so so good! The Colosseum is right in front of you, so it was really easy to travel, and the cleaning was neat every day.
However, when I first checked in, it was an unfaceted face, so I think I have to contact in advance and get the password. (One person who struggled because he didn't contact in advance) I am very satisfied except for the difficult things when I first entered.

Great
SSAANOI highly recommend this hotel for those who are going to Rome. Access to tourist spots and cleanliness of the room are great, but above all, the hospitality of the female owner is wonderful. Immediately after arriving, he greeted me with a warm smile and served me delicious drinks and snacks. Also, please use the map of Rome to tell us how to access major tourist destinations, hidden tourist attractions that you tend to miss, recommended restaurants close to the hotel, and points to note when taking the subway. I did. We were preparing for transportation before the trip, but we were very grateful for us tourists to teach us how to get there and how to feel the distance from those who actually live. We were not very good at English, but it was easy to hear because the owner spoke slowly and simple English. Also, our mobile charger broke during our stay, but when I talked about the situation, another woman was very helpful to lend me the charger. Staying in Rome was the best memory I had by staying at this hotel. Thank you very much!
AAnonymous UserVery close to the Roman Arena, there are also supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which is an ideal place to stay. The only downside is that the bathroom is a bit small, it would be better if it could be bigger.
AAlexKornWe arrived at 10 AM and had some trouble finding the entrance. The main door was closed, and no one answered when we knocked. We called the phone number, but the person only spoke Italian. Fortunately, some guests were leaving and helped us get inside. There was no one at the reception, but later someone responded in English via WhatsApp.
We left our bags and came back later — the room was ready on time at 3 PM. The bed was comfortable, there was also a small sofa, the room was clean, and the bathroom had all the essentials. However, the main shower head was leaking a bit.
The location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk through the park to the Colosseum, and the metro is nearby. For the price we paid, it was a very good deal overall.
GGuest UserThis was the last stop on our Italian trip, and it was the most comfortable hotel. We booked a family room, which consisted of a small single room connected to a double room, each with its own bathroom and comfortable bedding. The mineral water was provided on check-in day, but not on the second and third days. However, providing it daily would have greatly improved guest satisfaction.
The location is excellent, and while the Vatican requires a taxi, the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and Pantheon are all within easy reach.
It happened to be during the Holy Year, so I experienced the pilgrimage.
LLukeGreat location, clean hotel and friendly staff. Only comment would be the ironing room located on the 1st floor, if housekeeping could let a few rooms have them it would save walking across the hotel
GGuest UserGreat location, friendly host, great pizza bar across the road. Close to train terminal. Would have liked if safe was secured and able to be used and air conditioner in need of cleaning/service as mouldy. Overall an okay stay
MMANLIThe biggest feature is that the drink tube is enough. I did not finish the drink for the three nights alone. Of course, I liked the juice. I drank both bottles. The potato chips were also eaten. Drinks, dining environment is also very good, there is a handsome waiter, everyone can feel it.
ААнастасия аберманиExcellent hotel, very friendly staff. I arrived at 8 am and wanted to leave my suitcase, but they checked me in earlier without extra charges because my room was free. It is very convenient that there is a kettle, paper cups, tea, coffee, sugar in the room. The safe is very conveniently made in the wall. Very good location next to Termini and a little further away is the Colosseum, and in general all the sights are within walking distance. I did not take breakfast because I wanted to have breakfast in cafes. When I checked out, they gave me a branded desk calendar. I would gladly stay at this hotel again! I did not find any cons
