To my surprise, every aspect exceeded my expectations. **Environment:** It's located right by West Lake, so you can enjoy beautiful lake views every time you come and go. **Location:** It's within walking distance of Sanfang Qixiang and the Daming Food Festival. **Facilities:** The decor is very cozy and clean. Although some small decorative items have a vintage feel (like the adorable old-fashioned alarm clock by the bed), every item and appliance is very clean and works perfectly, which is super important. On my checkout day, it happened to be my birthday, and they even offered special birthday wishes, which really won me over. It's right next to a park, with a private walkway directly to the lakeside boardwalk – a very pleasant walk along the lake. **Room Amenities:** Although the hotel has been open for a while, the room facilities are excellent, spotless, and look brand new. While not huge, the space is well-planned, tastefully decorated, and pays attention to details. Toothbrushes are color-coded, there were welcome fruits like oranges and apples, and they even thoughtfully provided a safety fruit knife. The bathrobes were clean, and hand soap and lotion were provided. It was a very comfortable stay. The only minor drawback was that the floor-to-ceiling window wasn't very convenient for ventilation. **Cleanliness:** I'm a bit of a clean freak and usually wipe down everything with disinfectant wipes when I check into a hotel. I can confirm it's very clean; even the tissues weren't dirty. **Breakfast:** Absolutely fantastic! They have live cooking stations with Fuzhou local snacks, including satay noodles and Fuzhou拌面 (mixed noodles), all with authentic flavors – no need to eat out! Other varieties are plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options, and fresh ingredients. What's rare is the wide selection of hot drinks, which is great for people with sensitive stomachs. There's a machine where you can choose from about six hot drinks like red bean and barley, and multi-grain beverages. The pastries were also delicious, not just a throw-in. The beverages were high-quality, like snow pear and white fungus soup, and I even saw bottled Beibingyang soda and wine, which I tried and found to be very good. **Bed:** Quite comfortable, medium-firm. **Parking:** Free parking is available, and there are plenty of spaces on the ground level. Just inform the front desk of your license plate number. **Service:** Excellent and very heartwarming. Seeing that we were a family, they proactively offered an extra breakfast. Later, I stayed at Atour, which was around the same price, but they charged 48 yuan per person for breakfast unless you upgraded to a member to get it free – a world of difference! **Value for Money:** Very high, highly recommended."

"I stayed here to attend an event which took place in the hotel. It is located in a newly developing area in Changle district of Fuzhou city. Development is still going on so there are lots of barely finished constructions and the roads are broad and very quiet. It is convenient staying here if you have something to do in this area or want to stay in a nice hotel close to the airport (only 25 mins drive). It is 60 kms (1 hour by car) from here to Fuzhou city with its tourist attractions, so as a tourist you may prefer to stay closer to the city centre. The hotel is very modern and newly opened. It offers all the facilities you expect from a five-star-hotel. My room was very nice and spacious. Breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant every morning and is mainly Chinese style, but toast and croissants were on offer, too. It would be great if they had somebody on duty any time who can communicate with guests who do not speak Chinese."

"The room is big and clean. Breakfast was amazingly great. The public hot spring was spacious with different types of pool and scenery. The private hot spring in the room has big water current and can be filled up quickly. The service by 小叶子 was the best thing throughout the stay, she’s attentive and guided us on how to use the public hot spring and even borrowed me her personal nail clipper. People like her are hard to find nowadays. "幾十年住酒店的經歷中這次第一次經歷匪夷所思的事。放下行李馬上沖涼躺床上休息，這時，在沒任何預告的情況下，一個男人突然用房管鎖卡悄無聲息的打開房門。這是什麼酒店管理，他既不是前台客服，也不是行政管理人員，幾十歲人連最起碼的尊重人的私隱禮貌都不懂得，就這樣擅開房間門！真替酒店大股東不值，從酒店的硬件，裝修可以看出大股東確實下很大心機，房門黑胡桃木顏色，超高房門，連淋浴龍頭都用德國高儀（GROHE）前台的三個服務員非常的熱情。本人就是在之前特地去察看環境，然後前台小弟特地邀請查看房間情況，所以才特地隔天入住體驗。沒想到卻發生了這從沒想到的事。連清潔阿姨都懂得開房門前要按鍾，敲門，哪有什麼特權想開門就開，最起碼的對人的尊重對住客的權益，私隱都要顧及的。酒店讓人入住，就是要讓人住的舒適，住的放心。否則，侵犯客人的私隱，讓客人擔驚受怕，你硬件再好有什麼用呢？太不值了。前台的服務卻值得讚賞。順便提一下，現在裝修的酒店插座上都有USB插口取電充手機電池，該酒店也忽略了。最重要的還是人員陪訓非常必要，要以客為本啊！"
