"Traveling with family, this is our second stay here. The environment is beautiful and the rooms are clean and tidy. The service from the Tian Mu Pavilion staff, from the front desk ladies to the lobby staff and the housekeeping attendants, was excellent. Due to the Chinese New Year holiday, there were a lot of guests, so the dining experience was a bit lacking, but we'll definitely come back if we get the chance!"

"Ambiance: The design is top-notch, with excellent aesthetics, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. I especially loved the lighting design, which made both the lobby and the rooms feel very inviting. Service: The butler was very responsive, which I appreciate. However, I have a few suggestions: 1. Before check-in, they could proactively contact guests or add them on WeChat to discuss check-in details. 2. At past 3 PM, the room cleaning still wasn't finished. Guests should be offered some compensation, like complimentary afternoon tea, instead of nothing. 3. For guests staying multiple nights, I recommend a small extra surprise. Guests staying only one night get welcome fruit and toiletries, but those staying longer don't get these replenished. The price is the same, so it feels unfriendly to long-stay guests. 4. The welcome fruit platter should ideally include easy-to-eat fruits. We received two melons without a knife or being pre-cut, making them impossible to eat. 5. They really need to implement better mosquito control. I was kept awake and bitten by mosquitoes on the first night. Hygiene: I suggest replenishing disposable toiletries, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner promptly. They were all at the very bottom and couldn't be dispensed, and I found they still hadn't been refilled on the second day. Facilities: The breakfast changed on the second day, which was a nice touch!"

"Very very good! It's really cheap, beautiful and clean. The whole villa is very warm, the room is very warm, the public space (1st floor) is also convenient and beautiful (the difference from the hotel is the human touch!), there is an open kitchen on the first floor, a bathroom as clean as the room, a big table (you can play board games with friends), a big sofa, a full-length mirror, and even tools for catching seafood. Sunset Bay is at the door, which is more beautiful than the sea in Qingdao and there are much fewer people. Thank you boss for upgrading the room during the off-season! It feels like an incomparable and happy accommodation experience. Fall in love with Weihai!"

"The view of the room is very amazing, 270° sea view, wonderful, automatic curtains are opened, and the invincible sea view is in sight. The whole hotel is also like a cruise ship, without waste, you can see the vast sea and watch the ebb and flow. The hotel is unique in temperament and is a very eye-catching place in the entire Rongcheng area. The hotel has a unique sea view, which is necessarily relatively biased, but it is very close to the Bruvis shipwreck and Swan Lake. The train to the beach can also be reached on foot. Hotel service is indeed beyond my imagination. Not excellent in the general sense, but full of sincerity and warmth for your sake. Everyone brings you enthusiasm and patience. So even if I was slightly dissatisfied with the problem of late night, I was finally moved by the hotel's sincerity, smile, and practical service concept, but I felt very sad. Special thanks to the person in charge of the hotel, knowing that we came for the first time, and drove us to see the shipwreck. On the last day, we sent us to the airport on a snowy day, it was really warm and heartwarming like a family! I think we will come to this hotel again. "Service: From the moment we stepped into the lobby, a staff member was there to help with our luggage. They also pointed out the location of various facilities on the way to our room. All the service staff were incredibly helpful, and their attitude was simply fantastic – we absolutely loved it! What's more, when we returned from the hot springs in the evening, a staff member even came by to deliver complimentary snacks and yogurt to our room. Cleanliness: Overall, it was excellent. The room even had complimentary bottled mineral water available. Environment: Absolutely beautiful. The property is so massive, we almost got lost exploring it! There are both indoor and outdoor hot springs, offering a wide variety of options. Overall: We were extremely satisfied. A big thank you to all the hotel staff!"
