"The family of five had a great 3 nights. The first day was a bit cloudy so we swam in the outdoor pool. The second day was too hot so we gave up sightseeing and went back to the hotel to play in the indoor pool. There was a billiard table and table tennis table on the same floor so we enjoyed it for a while and lying on the hammock right next to it and looking at the palm trees was healing in itself. In the evening, we watched the sunset, took a walk along the beach, felt the cool sea breeze and looked at the calm sea. On the third day, we went snorkeling for two times and came back so we went straight to the large bathhouse to take a refreshing bath, went back to the hotel to take a nap and went out for dinner. We enjoyed our 3 nights touring all the facilities in the resort. The staff were also very kind and we used a translator to communicate so it wasn't too inconvenient even without a Korean staff member. We were having a hard time with the activity reservation, but when we asked for help, the staff member called the relevant company directly and resolved it smoothly so we enjoyed the activities we had reserved. The room view was right on the beach so the whole family had a satisfying trip to Japan. The stairs going up to the family room duplex were a bit scary, but after a day, it was fine. Since we rented a car to get around the accommodation, going to the convenience store wasn't a problem, so we went out to buy whatever the kids wanted to eat. If I go to Ishigaki again, I'd like to book at Grandvrio Resort."

"Renovated hotel and you can still smell the mold all over the place. Dehumidifiers everywhere. There is a tiny pool but the ANA beach is also closed by and open for public with shower so the location is quite good. Parking for free but the lot may be full if you come back late. Room is bigger than we expected."

"Considering the price of the club floor, there were few food options, and the drinks were weak and not to my liking. Check-in was early and the service was prompt. The pool for the grab floor was not crowded, and there was a sunshade (free of charge), so I was able to avoid sunburn and enjoy a comfortable stay."

"Very good hotel in Japan! Go here - but keep in my mind: You need a car or scooter. You can walk in the citycentre within 15min., but beaches are rare. For that go to Kabira. Hotel offers daily shuttle to Fusaki Beach. Very convenient! Staff is very friendly. Room is equipped with everything you need (bathroom; charging cable; fridge; drinking water directly from the faucet; …) Breakfast has many western options (if you need them). You can chose the cleaning service or not. If not you receive a voucher for the hotel shop and the coffee-store. I really recommend ART HOTEL"

"There is a free shuttle bus out of the airport. If you go to the information desk and ask to go to Fusaki Beach Resort, they will show you the way. It runs about once an hour. There is no one around the hotel, so you have to rely on the hotel's own restaurant for meals. There are four of us in total, and we ate at the Western restaurant buffet next to the lobby. Dinner is 5,800 yen/person for adults. The quality of the food is very good and worth the price. There is also a restaurant called Ryukyu New World. Looking at the menu price, six very thin slices of Ishigaki beef are about 2,800 yen. The room includes breakfast, the quality is not as good as dinner, but it is also acceptable. There are short-distance battery cars inside the hotel for pick-up, and you need to scan the code to call a car. In fact, it only takes about ten minutes to walk from the easternmost to the westernmost. On the last day, I waited for almost ten minutes to check out during the morning rush hour, but I didn't get to the queue, so I pushed my suitcase away. The beach and sea water are very good. There is a shell park to the west of the pier, and you can fish on the pier (fishing gear is rented by the day). You need to bring your own beach slippers, otherwise you can go to the hotel store and buy them. Children's armbands are free, and all others are rented by the day. Swimming rings are 500 yen a day, and life jackets are 1200 a day. The staff is quite responsible. There are always lifeguards watching the beach and the heated pool is always patrolled. The hotel's glass boat is worth a ride, and the coral reef is very beautiful."

"Very nice hotel, brand new, very recent. The facilities are high quality and the room layout is well thought out. The air conditioning panel doesn't emit light, which allows you to sleep in the dark. The rooms are well soundproofed, the staff is pleasant. The 11 a.m. checkout is really comfortable, while the norm is moving towards a general 10 a.m. checkout. The price is certainly high, but there are many positive points. Like the early check-in online, which allows you to enjoy your stay as early as possible."
