The breakfast is super!! Despite a 15 EUR extra, it is a good strategy for hotel to separate it from room fee, otherwise it is too expensive.
But the floor height is low and room kinda small, if you add breakfast fee together, the value for price is not as high as the business hotel nearby called Bilderberg Parkhotel Rotterdam.
Nice little garden. Good to stay a night or so, but not much of a resort stay.
24/7 check in/out not a problem.
The staff are warm.
5-10 stairs to carry the suitcase by yourself to the elevator and front door.

It's an old building hotel. I don't know about other new hotels, but this one has a European-style structure and the interior is made of old wood, so when guests come and go, the floor creaks a lot, which is annoying when you're in the room. It looks like an old facility, but it seems to be well-maintained compared to other facilities. There's a lot of dust and noise because they're building a building across the two-lane road. Even at 2:30 in the morning, they don't do any construction using machines, but the thumping noise of people putting things down is quite loud. On weekends or in the evenings, there are pubs, cafes, and coffee shops (**) lined up nearby, so drunk people walk around screaming. The rooms aren't soundproof at all.

The room decoration is very classic and artistic, all supplies are clean, it is quiet at night, and the front desk staff is gentle and friendly. Although I only stayed for one night, I was very impressed.
