Room is clean, but the heater is still a little bit not enough. There is no reception, you have to walk around 10 mins to the counter which is inconvenient in winter

A very convenient location in the city center. One problem was that no one told me that I was supposed to pick up my room card at Hotel Santa Claus as there wasn't any reception at Santa's Hotel Rudolf.

The location is also close to the city centre, but you have to check in at Santa hotel Claus and then walk another 10 minutes to the hotel, which is a bit inconvenient. The hotel staff is very nice, they understand Cantonese, are attentive, and patiently explained nearby places and transportation. Finally, they also helped arrange a taxi to Rovaniemi railway station.

It's a little far from the hotel where you check in, but considering the cheap price it wasn't too much of an issue, and once you're checked in it's pretty close to the center.

It's a bit of a walk from the check-in point, but it's a good hotel. Hotels around Rovaniemi are quite expensive, so I chose this hotel, but for those who don't mind walking a bit, I think the location is not too bad.

Except for the different check-in location, I am satisfied! The staff are also very friendly :) The room is clean, warm, and has good hot water.

A pretty good hotel~ However, I had trouble finding the check-in counter because it was located at a different location than the hotel. You should check the location carefully when making a reservation.

The room is nice, parking is free, clean and fully equipped. There is a Chinese restaurant nearby called Greater China, and the buffet is 17.9 euros per person. Accommodation is expensive in this place.

Perfect place for 3 days in Rovaniemi and visiting Santa Claus
