Check-in was smooth, and there was plenty of parking, which was very convenient for a self-drive trip. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hairdryer was excellent, drying my hair quickly. The room also had a small kitchenette, perfect for preparing simple meals.

The room was neat and clean. There was a microwave and fridge in the room which was really helpful. Overall it was very nice.

Place looked the part and was comfy. Clean rooms and for the price it was nice. Carpet had iron burns and stains that really let it down however

The stay here was fantastic. Location is great. Shops are just door steps away. Staffs are all very friendly and approachable. Hotel is very clean and cosy. Will definitely recommend anyone going to marysville to stay there.

The owner of the hotel is Chinese, communication is barrier-free, it is very close to the forest steam train, the room is large, and the owner upgraded our room. It is about 10 minutes' drive from the bustling area, a very good hotel.
