A pretty average stay if I'm honest. The hotel has a very corporate environment, which I didn't realise when booking it. Everything is adequate, I have no real complaints. It's just that I know there are better places I could've stayed for roughly the same amount of money.
We also had some issues with service; the TV wasn't working properly so we called reception unsuccessfully 3 times before trying again 30 minutes later when they finally answered. After explaining the situation we received a curt response explaining how to solve the issue and then an almost immediate hang up. It seemed as if the issue is a common one and that the receptionist was tired of having to explain it, but if that's the case why not get better TVs, or leave a note in rooms explaining it?
On the positives, the restaurant is very pretty and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was actually above average.
All in all I'd say it's unlikely I'd stay again, although I would recommend the venue to businesses or conferences.

Lovely, comfortable hotel, friendly and helpful staff. It was a bit disappointing that that the restaurant wasn't open for dinner, only a limited bar menu.

The hotel itself was beautiful, the room was a bit basic compared to the actual building. The toilet roll holder wasnt secured properly, the plug in the bath didnt work properly we just had to take the stopper out manually. The main problem we had was that the bed was too hard so i didnt have a good nights sleep

This was a one night stay midweek. I have used this hotel a few times now and we always find the hotel staff friendly, the hotel clean and a lovely breakfast in the morning. Great hotel and only 10mins drive to Leam centre.

Wow didn’t think hotels existed in this country like this what was great parking reception room breakfast 07:00 and ample seating around with free coffee & teas as well as a selection of sweets with out a doubt this hotel will be my first choice when in the area.

For me and my friends it was chosen for the location initially, subsequently the room was ideal and clean, the service friendly and complete enabling us an enjoyable overnight . We will be returning .... malcolm rigby

Staff are great, friendly and accommodating. Hotel is just a bit dated and showing its age. Heating was stuck on, unable to control it at all. Room was clean and well serviced. Good range of food at breakfast, nothing exceptional about it. Nothing bad in general, just nothing good/great about it either.

Lovely hotel overall with good parking. A lot of traffic noise and noise from air conditioning systems in room 106 which kept me awake. Staff and resturant were great. A good base for business trips around the Birmingham/Warwick area and close to the M40.
