Very nice airport hotel! Spacious room and great service with eateries and migros supermarket within walking distance! However it is quite a walking distance from Rumlang Station.

Near to airport and just a few stops to zurich city! Hotel is clean and cozy! Only downside is that sometimes it takes awhile for the reception to answer the phone so we had to go down to ask for plates on our own.

Breakfast spread was good but there was no change at all during our 4 days.
The gentleman who checked in was quicknenough but absolutely no smiling, cribbing about being overloaded.
Rumlang station is good 9 minute walk. I was under the impression that there is some bus stop nearby but couldn't find one.
Airport pickup was seamless. One of the highlights of staying in this hotel.
Overall a very good experience. Wish there was enough variety for food as we couldn't have dinner there due to limited variety.

Although the hotel is located near the airport, it takes 10 minutes by bus. The bus runs every half hour. If you miss it, you have to wait for the next one. So the location is not convenient. It takes half an hour to get to the city center by train.
Tourists staying in hotels/Airbnb in Switzerland have guest cards that can be used for free bus rides. But the hotel said that we booked on Trip and didn’t book through their website, so we don’t have a guest card. This is very inconvenient. I don’t understand why you can’t have a guest card when booking on Trip.

It is very close to the airport. If the time is right, the hotel has free transportation, which basically runs every half an hour. There is a nice restaurant across the street where you can eat seafood and drink.

There are no disposable items in the room. The twin room booked on other platforms was only given a double bed. Fortunately, it was two quilts. Ctrip was only renewing the room this night.
