I stayed at this hotel for 12 nights between December and January. The only positive point is the young person at the reception in the evening. Ultra friendly and accommodating. The rest is a disaster. When you arrive you will be “greeted” by stoners in Lacoste tracksuits in front of the front door who stare at you. When you arrive in your room you will from time to time be surprised to see the window completely smashed and impossible to close. The rooms are more or less clean depending on how lucky you are... The sinks are dilapidated. In some rooms there is a foul smell of a mixture of cold tobacco and food. Your clothes will be soaked in it. Then what to say about the night. You'll have guys in sweatpants screaming in the hallways all night (well no, around 4:00 a.m. they stop). If you dare to leave your room to make a remark to them you will be threatened and insulted. In short, after 12 nights I think I can have a clear opinion. And certainly I will never set foot in this hell again. How can the Accor group honestly accept this?

J’arrive à le jour J à l’hôtel c’était 23h30 ma réservation était annulé son prévenir en sachant que je suis là bas de vendredi au dimanche pour le travaille depuis décembre. Je vous dit pas le choc en plus le temp était mauvais jetait obligé de passer la nuit d’or . C vrm la catastrophique . Très très déçus tt mon weekend s’était une catastrophique à cause de cette annulation son motif

En rentrant dans notre chambre (il s’agissait de la chambre 212) , nous découvrons de nombreuses punaises de lits dans les 2 lits séparés À fuir. Nous avons du quitter l’hôtel en pleine nuit. …………………………………………………………………………………………………………..
