Moyennement convaincu … Accueil inexistant (voir vide…), on a du découvrir par nous même la salle de sport & le spa. On entend tous les bruits du couloir & la décoration pourrait être jolie mais clairement surchargée. Par contre la piscine très sympathique, et la literie est confortable. 

Very disappointed in our stay here. We won’t be coming back. We’ve just been here 1 night so far and unfortunately have 1 more left. Beds very uncomfortable. Bedding is even worse. Extremely poor low quality and this hard crinkled material design for hotel bedding. Very irritating on the skin. Asked to change it but I was told we couldn’t. WiFi is very slow and unstable. Rooms are absolutely NOT soundproof. Noise disturbance from other guests and also from music playing in reception after 11:30pm and before 7:30am which is loud and unnecessary. Overpriced for both the hotel and the restaurant. Definitely recommend eating down in the town instead. Only 2 electric charging points for vehicles which occupy the 2 disabled parking bays so they haven’t been available yet for us to charge the car.

We spent a lovely peaceful week here. We had a double cosy room which was big enough and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent. The aircon was really good and it was a relief to come back to such a cool room after the August heat. The room had a coffee machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, fridge and heated towel rail. We swam in the pool every day, this was clean and a perfect temperature. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit out of town but there is a bus stop just outside, you can get a bus for 1.5 euro to the centre of town by the railway station or the hotel can arrange taxis. We enjoyed breakfast by the pool each day, enormous buffet with hot and cold food which even included macaroons. The only downside was the mosquitos that were bad by the pool in the evening, take insect repellent with you.

Our stay was an experience not to be missed. We arrived late and had a rather small room. When Jonathan the owner Manager saw our disappointment he arrived for us to be transferred to a suite the next day. It was absolute luxury. Jonathan's attitude was so helpful at all times, as only an owner manager can be. All staff were friendly, and helpful and made our stay one of the best boutique hotel experiences we have had anywhere in the world. The swimming pool was a good size, the breakfast was varied and substantial and the Spa well appointed. Love to go back!

I booked early so the price point was quite good at $150 a night. They offer car service at about the same price as Uber (but faster and more reliable), and the train station as well as the ferry are within 10minutes. I took the ferry to St. Tropez for the day. The town of St. Raphael is also nice for strolling along the beach and several people were taking a dip. For about $30 one can have a private hour at the spa which is a very large hot tub with water jets, a small lap pool and sauna. The outside pool also looked lovely. The room was spacious and attractive. The gym was small with older equipment and does not open until 9am. The place smelled great and the room was attractive and large. It felt like being in a slightly secluded place which was relaxing. If I were going to the French Riveria again I would seriously consider staying longer and traveling to Cannes and Antibes from here as well.

This hotel is truly a hidden gem of the region. We stayed here for a week during our family trip to the south of France and couldn’t have been happier. Especially if you plan to visit multiple destinations, this hotel is the perfect base. It is beautiful and so stylish!!!! The rooms are incredibly comfortable! The breakfast and lunch are delicious. The management is incredibly helpful and friendly and makes you feel like old friends. The hotel is a small, family owned boutique hotel so don’t expect the hustle and bustle of a big hotel, or 24 hour room service, but we found it to be such a wonderful experience. We felt like we were visiting friends who live in a beautiful mansion in the south of France. The area is quite and filled with trees. The hotel is only about a 10 minute drive from the nearest beach. But we decided to travel around and this hotel is perfectly situated for that. It is only 40min from Nice, 40min from Cannes, and slightly over an hour from St. Tropez.

An exceptional experience from the moment you arrive, Tesla courtesy cars, Magnifique decor throughout the hotel, very friendly, educated and generous staff. The pool and spa were superbly maintained, the main kitchen was closed when we visited but the breakfasts and snacks were adequate, there are many great restaurants around the hotel

A nice stay in Saint Raphael far from the chaotic center, located in a beautiful residential area next to the Golf. 3km by car to reach any beach, about 30’ to Saint Maxime and 45’ to Saint Tropez Rooms are spacious and clean. Parking available on site. Good value for money.

As you drive up to the entrance, you can’t help but be intrigued by what lies beyond the massive black iron gate door. One step inside this magnificent building transports you back in time. The sandstone on the walls and the huge slab tiles on the floor in connection with an eclectic decor that includes modernism, art deco, and classic overtones fills your senses instantly. Every detail is meticulasly attended to from the artistry involved in the beautiful continental breakfast to the cleanliness and comfort of the room, the pool, and the grounds. Not easy to find a good, clean and affordable hotel in the Cote d'Azur given the very challenging environment for any visitor/tourist in this region. What a surprise as we arrived at the Confidential, we found a very friendly staff (special Thanks to the owner who has been always available). The rooms are beautiful with a functional and efficient design. Beds are of good quality that is important for a good sleep along with a quite environment. The pool is a nice place to relax, with agreeable people (probably the type of clients for this hotel). Last but not least, the hotel coffee machine makes one of the best cappuccino in the region ! :) In all, this hotel is a heaven in the best part of St Raphael.

World class establishment. A small boutique hotel in top of the line standard. This beats living by the sea. I cannot recommend this place enough. The pool area is great. We stayed in their suite which is 80m2 with a seperate room and barhroom for the kids. An outdoor courtyard with private jacuzzi and all in all everything here just smells of quality. Also the staff is fantastic. From cleaning personnel to the management. Great people. This place saved our vacation after we (by some odd mistake) had spent one night at Pierre les Vacances in Les Issimbre. We just needed to get away from that hotel. This is more like it. We, as a familly, usually always stay in 5 star hotels (unless we are in the middle of a jungle somewhere) and this place ticks all the same boxes as our usual hotels. Thank you!

A truly beautiful hotel!! Run by a family who were friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. They went out of there way to accommodate us and ensure our stay was enjoyable. The hotel has been recently renovated and what a wonderful job they have done! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the outdoor pool is perfect and the hotel itself is very clean. The breakfast is also very good! Although we found Saint Raphael a little isolated it was a perfect base for day trips to St Tropez and Antibes. We would highly recommend this hotel and would come back in a heart beat! Thank you for such a lovely stay.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel. Parking on-site was easy, and reception were friendly and helpful with great communication throughout. The rooms are beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, in a quiet residential neighbourhood. The beds were large and exceptionally comfy.

La literie est très confortable, l'hôtel est magnifique, les patrons et le personnel très accueillants. A recommander! Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié. La piscine et se abords sont agréables. Le spa et la salle de sport sont très bien. Il ne manque qu'une salle pour les séminaires. On m'a informé que c'était en projet.
