The location is ok but the room was very smelly and dusty. I requested another room but they didn't respond. Even the next day I wasn't heard. I had to move to a nearby hotel. Up till now I haven't been reimbursed. this is terrible. I am really disappointed in Rede Andrade Barra. the chain is a very good chain but this one is very disappointing.

The facilities were great, clean, good location, but I didn't find the breakfast very attractive, it could be better. The service at the shift change changed a bit, my first service with a guy was good, the second with a girl was not good.

Great stay, excellent service. We live in this world and perfection is only in heaven. The only things that could have bothered us were the air conditioning not cooling down on the second day of our stay and the bath towels provided were actually face towels. We could have been upset about this and even complained, certain that the problems would be promptly resolved by the hotel's excellent service team, but we went on our trip ready to enjoy a calm, peaceful and God-blessed weekend, without anything that could disturb our peace and tranquility. And so it was, Glory to God and thanks to the hotel staff for the days we stayed.

There wasn't even a blanket. I asked at reception but they said they didn't have any blankets due to problems with the laundry.

I enjoyed my stay but I had to change rooms because I had asked for a double bed and they put me in a room with single beds. There was also a door in the room (locked) that gave access to another room where you could hear everything other guests were talking about. There were no towels in the room and the shower wasn't getting hot. Breakfast is nice and the receptionist asks for it.

Pleasant experience. Satisfactory breakfast, clean and organized room and helpful service.

The Wi-Fi never worked and they didn't bother to fix it, the apartment was dirty, the towels were dirty, the elevator was terrible and always stopped halfway, the breakfast was cold, the TV didn't work. In short, it was terrible and I don't recommend it.

HELLO, THE HOTEL IS LOCATED BUT IT WAS UNDER RENOVATION, OLD FACILITIES. BATHROOMS WITHOUT HYGIENE SHOWERS, HORRIBLY ESPECIALLY FOR COUPLES ***. THE HOTEL IS LACKING MANAGEMENT, THE CLEANING THAT IS DONE EVERY DAY IS AWFUL, POORLY DONE AND EVEN MORE SO WITH ONLY BLEACH, BATHROOMS STAYED WITH SLUDGE! MY STAY WAS HORRIBLE.

Hotel with an excellent location, very good breakfast and great service from the reception and staff in general. However, the cleanliness and hygiene leave a lot to be desired. I spent two days requesting towels that were not in the room since I arrived and to make matters worse the cleaning lady left a dirty floor cloth in the bathroom sink!

The bathrooms didn't have a bidet and the toilet paper felt like sandpaper.

Old elevator, unable to transport guests quickly. Bad breakfast, low quality sausage, as well as other items like cheese and yogurt! Poor room cleaning (greasy bathroom, dirty/stained towels).

Breakfast consists of couscous, sausage, eggs, bread, coffee and cake. It was 5 days of eating the same thing (lol). The cleanliness of the rooms leaves something to be desired, the guest who goes looking for someone to clean and is still looked down upon. Air conditioning in poor condition, dirty and torn towels. The location is great, but the hotel itself leaves a lot to be desired.

I really liked the location of the hotel, very affordable price and very good amenities. Very good coffee, excellent staff.

There was a smart TV in the room, but it didn't play YouTube. It took a while to access the pool, access could start at 9:30. Sometimes the smell of a septic tank would come from the bathroom in the room.
