The room is quite tiny , you cant really open two suitcases at the same time, but surprisingly it’s so well equipped, even with a washer! And finally i get to try the ReFa products! Familymart is just downstairs very convenient

Great location close to train station. Within walking distance of shibuya crossing and surrounding shopping malls. Single bed is tiny. Room is small.

The location of the hotel is not far away from Subaya station. The room is clean and tidy. The hotel staffs are able to speak English and Japanese, providing excellent service and kindly assistance.

The hotel isn't too far from Shibuya JR station, about an 8-minute walk. Facilities: The room has a washing machine, microwave, and refrigerator, which is great for longer stays. Downstairs on the 2nd floor, the lobby offers coffee and tea. There's also a huge FamilyMart convenience store right next to the hotel, making it easy to grab snacks and supplies. The room itself was very comfortable. There was plenty of space to open up and organize my luggage, and lots of power outlets and USB ports for convenient charging from multiple angles.

Walking distance to Shibuya station. Overall, a great stay – the hotel environment is comfortable and the room is clean and tidy. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of amenities nearby. For the price, it's really a bargain, making it a high value-for-money hotel.

The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around. The staff are all very friendly. Although the hotel doesn't offer breakfast, there's a 24-hour FamilyMart downstairs, and it's also very close to the station, so finding food is never an issue.

The staff were friendly and good and the place had your basic needs. It’s relatively close to the station. The annex building is a few mins walk from the main building/reception which was a bit of a hassle for checkin and check out especially when you have a late flight and you want to leave your luggage’s at the front desk. Otherwise the hotel was ok.

Good location. Annex is a few minutes walk from the main hotel and we were expected to take all our luggage which would normally be fine but it was pouring with rain and we had 5 suitcases. Luckily the receptionist seen the frustration and offered to help. Rooms are very small with a lot of stuff crammed in, but clean.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are nice. We ended up staying in the annex building which isn’t in the main building and can be a bit confusing. If you get lost, good luck because it’s not listed on Google Maps. Other than the room is very standard - limited space with all the necessities. The hotel is good value for the location, but it’s a bit of a walk to the train station and there are many stairs. Overall it was a good stay but I may choose somewhere else next time.

good location, just 500 meters away from shibuya transportation hub, shopping and dinning at shibuya or harajuku  are just in walking distance, will definitely come back

The hotel facilities are clean and the staff are friendly. However, the hotel is split into a main and annex building. After check-in, it takes about 3-5 minutes to walk to the annex. Also, the disposable amenities provided in the main and annex buildings are different, so guests should be aware of this. There's also a large FamilyMart right next to the hotel.

A Comfortable Stay in Shibuya, Tokyo My stay at Tokyu Stay Shibuya Shin-Minamiguchi was a wonderful experience. The hotel's location is one of its biggest strengths—just a short walk from Shibuya Station, yet tucked away from the busiest crowds, offering a quieter and more relaxing atmosphere. Guests consistently praise its convenience for shopping, dining, and exploring Tokyo. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. One feature I especially appreciated was the in-room washer/dryer, which made traveling much easier. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel felt safe and well-maintained throughout my stay. The check in wasn’t really clear, but Giang was really helpful. Cleanliness is okay because it’s limited housekeeping, you can also see that the rooms were renovated and that it used to be a bit old but for a solo Traveller it’s fine. Location is great though close to Shibuya station Good WiFi in room

Great location. Room cleaning only for a minimum stay of 7 days. Free Coffee that‘s actually good. Very friendly and helpful staff.
