Salzburg Hotels with Airport pickup service

The hotel is in an excellent location, just 100 meters away from Mirabell Gardens and Mozart's former residence. The staff speaks fluent English and is very enthusiastic. They greet everyone politely. The room is not big but very exquisite. The details are well decorated. I ordered room service for breakfast, which is cheaper than the hotel breakfast!

Very beautiful and comfortable guesthouse, good service, breakfast is very delicious, and opposite Mozart apartment, Princess Cici once lived in this hotel. Attractions are all within walking distance! It's worth it!

出行前我讓攜程的客服幫我再把海外訂單都確認下，因為我們帶小朋友，很多房間都訂了沙發床，客服説衹要有確認號就沒問題，事實上還是會出問題。比如前台説你衹訂了一個人的房間，我出示確認函顯示兩大一小，搞了很久才勉強同意幫我們鋪沙發床。如果事先再確認好可以省很多事。 酒店本身有上百年的歷史，在老房子裏重新裝修過，很有歐洲宮廷奶奶風，套房面積闊綽，還加了了自動馬桶蓋，在歐洲很難得。 床品和布草都挺舒服的，就是行李太多不好拎上樓，內部蜿蜒曲折。備品用的是bredo，香味好聞。 早餐不算豐富，乾巴白人飯，鮮榨橙汁好喝。 服務算奧地利地區比較nice的，英語交流沒問題。

酒店地址位置非常好，就在市中心的糧食衚衕。酒店很有藝術氛圍，服務也很好。但是客房沒有迷你吧，沒有冰箱。

There is a nice fountain in front of the gate that feels aristocratic. There should be more than 20 rooms in total, the room is clean and warm, the view outside the small balcony is the entrance garden. There is also a welcome fruit plate and private welcome letter in the room. It is worth mentioning that the restaurant in the hotel is a star Michelin, the food is delicious in many Michelin restaurants, in addition to the dishes there are many appetizers and petit fours desserts. The room is comfortable, the facilities are complete and the service is warm. The environment is very beautiful, in the middle of the mountain, the view is very good, it should be the first choice for travel and vacation. However, you need to rent a car and drive by car, 20 minutes drive from the old town.

Haus Wartenberg is charming and feels like you are staying at your grandmother’s house. It has a warm and inviting atmosphere. There is lots of antique and vintage art and furniture to look at. Staff were helpful and friendly. There were a just few things that could have made the stay better. The rooms didn’t have air conditioning or fans provided - or I wasn’t offered one. In the room, bedsheets had visible stains and there was some light dust and common household bugs in the room. The old furniture gives it a nice touch. There are some nice spaces to enjoy relaxing like reading a book etc. If you like an alternative feeling to sterile and stale hotel environments then this is the place for you!
