had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel and felt deeply disappointed by their service and attitude. When booking, I was charged three times for the same stay. The first two times were through the hotel’s official website, but I never received any confirmation emails, so I later booked again through Trip.com. When I checked in, the hotel still charged me for all three bookings, even after I explained the situation. The staff insisted it was my responsibility to email or call them to verify the booking simply because I entered my credit card information online — even though I never received any confirmation at that time. I have travelled to many countries and stayed in countless hotels, but I’ve never experienced such unreasonable handling before. To make matters worse, the room was filled with chargeable items — from snacks and water bottles to even a $20 bear toy placed on the bed. It honestly felt like the hotel was trying to squeeze money from guests in every possible way. Add-on: After much discussion, the manager agreed to refund one night only. They printed out multiple confirmation emails and online records to “prove” it wasn’t their fault, even though the confirmation emails were sent after my booking was made. At that point, I just didn’t want to ruin my trip further and had to accept it reluctantly. This entire experience was frustrating, disappointing, and far from what I’d expect from a so-called noble or luxury hotel. I truly hope the management reflects on how they treat their guests.

Great location next to Fisherman's Warf (which is next to the Ghirardelli square and the trolley stop and the piers and several food places). Overnight parking is available for a fee and their valet service was pretty quick. The room was large and comfortable. I didn't try the restaurant or bar, so no comments about them; it did look nice and was full of people one of the nights. No homeless people were around the hotel but when you get a couple blocks away you have to deal with that.

The location is located near Fisherman's Wharf, which is very convenient for travel. The hotel is more expensive than Union Square. The parking fee is US$75 per night. The hotel does not have its own parking lot. It is recommended that those who rent a car can go to the surrounding parking lot to park their car before checking in. The hotel service is very good. There are many things in the room, but they all need to be paid for.

Clean room, good service

The room is clean and sanitary, the location is first-class, and the decoration is a bit like the gold rush era. However, the service staff's attitude is average, a bit like the front desk of McDonald's and KFC, unsmiling and quite satisfactory.

This hotel is right next to Fisherman's Wharf, 200 meters to the beach. The view of the Golden Gate Bridge and the sea from the bay view room is very good. There are many restaurants around, and the hotel's own Blue Mermaid restaurant serves good food. The hotel has its own parking lot The staff at the hotel are very friendly and the service is good. In short, there is nothing to complain about except that the price is a bit expensive.

There is a room where the bed light is broken and the air conditioner is broken. After the response, the service is good, but the air conditioner and the refrigerator motor are too loud in the middle of the night
