We went to Chianchiano Terme, because our son went to Camp, that were just in front of the hotel. What I appreciate the most, is the quality of the attention, and how the staff treat us, in general.. We had so many questions and they always found a way to help us, and the staff from breakfast.... so nice! The rooms are huge, in our case we had one with a full terrace and it was so good to spend some time there with a glass of wine. The spa is very nice and location is very good too, we were just walking around.

We went on a family vacation in Tuscany while visiting our son, daughter-in-law, grandson, and two dogs in Stutgaart, Germany. The Villa Ricci staff couldn't have been more accomading forour crew. We had a great breakfast cooked to order each morning and thenn went on day trips in Tuscany. We dined in the Villa several evenings and also had dinner at several vinyards and other restaurants. The meals at the Villa were excellent, although the menu was limited. We were a bit apprehensive about the dogs, both well behaved, were not a ploblem i most places, weth churches being the lone exception for us, The Villa staff was also helpful in our touring with suggestions about routes, parking, and the availability of shuttles.

I was driving around Tuscany and this was one of the hotels I stayed in. Great little place. Very friendly receptionists. One of the most comfortable beds I've slept in a hotel. The breakfast was pretty decent too for the price.

Ci siamo appena stati tramite Smartbox e devo dire un'esperienza più che positiva. Colazione abbondante e letto comodo. Il personale gentilissimo e professionale dalla reception al centro benessere. Lo consiglio a chi non ha uno Smartbox.

da diversi anni periodicamente veniamo a trascorrere qualche giorni di relax in famiglia presso l hotel Villa Ricci di Chianciano. Anche in questa occasione ci siamo trovati benissimo, posso dire che questo albergo negli anni ha sempre mantenuto alti livelli di accoglienza verso i clienti, e di certo non e' da tutti. La camera confortevole e pulitissima, abbiamo cenato in hotel, era venerdi sera e il menu prevedeva anche portate di pesce (noi non mangiato proprio il pesce) quindi il personale di sala, sempre cordiali e professionali, si sono subito adoperati a sostituire pietanze di pesce con piatti di montagna comunque squisiti preparati dal loro eccellente cuoco . Come non ricordare la loro colazione abbondante con prodotti dolci e salati, le torte buonissime vengono preparate da loro. Molti cliente vengono anche per usufruire del loro centro benessere super rilassante. Torneremo sicuramente presto. Fabrizio

Sono appena tornata da un soggiorno con Smartbox e sono pienamente soddisfatta. Ottima cena e spa molto organizzata e personale molto cortese. Il massaggio è stato eseguito da una persona molto professionale ed è stato un momento di assoluto relax e beneficio fisico. Il personale in reception è molto cortese e disponibile. Ci tornerò e lo consiglio.

Quattro giorni di vero relax, durante i quali mi sono sentita a casa. La piscina idromassaggio è stata molto rilassante e tutta la zona SPA davvero molto curata. Ottimi i servizi della SPA e con prezzi assolutamente corretti. Varia e di qualità la colazione, così come la cena à la carte (anche se non c'è tantissima scelta, il personale ha fatto di tutto per venire incontro alle nostre richieste fuori carta). Grande e comodo posteggio privato. Il vero plus, però, è lo staff: cordiale, preparato e molto professionale, a partire dal Sig Christian e il resto del personale alla reception, fino ai camerieri di sala, delle camere e allo staff della SPA. Un grazie davvero a tutti, per la gentilezza e la pazienza. Unica nota negativa: alcune camere sono alquanto vetuste (tipo la mia standard) e un po' rumorose, ma sicuramente pulite. Di fatto, però, il rapporto qualità/prezzo è stato assolutamente adeguato al tipo di camera. Da ritornare, sicuramente.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel con i bambini e devo dire che siamo rimasti molto contenti, la gentilezza del personale, la location immersa nel verde, la presenza di un ristorante dove viene servita anche un'ottima colazione, la chicca è la presenza di un meraviglioso centro benessere con una piscina interna riscaldata favolosa, dove abbiamo potuto trascorrere un'ora con i bambini che si sono divertiti tanto. Che dire... Non posso fare altro che consigliarlo e se dovessi tornare a chianciano ci tornerò ben volentieri.
