Very nice view, friendly staff, rooms are fine. Everything is fine, lots of choices for the buffet breakfast. Quite good overall!

Excellent hotel, away from the chaos of the seafront and clubs. By car you can reach the motorway or the center of Sanremo in just a few minutes. Spacious and spotless room. Note the extremely kind and helpful staff for every request.
The only flaw is the temperature of the shower water, not hot enough.

4**** star hotel 120 euros per night for May 14th, it is located in a very awkward position to get to and that's not enough, you enter and find yourself in a labyrinth, if you weren't tired and didn't have suitcases it would be a good game, but we are also adults and we don't want to play. We pay for a room and services. We find nothing that we would expect from a 4 star hotel. But not even if it had three stars would it satisfy them. The rooms are in a sort of ba*****t, smell of damp and mold, very old mattress, not to mention the 1940s blankets
The fridge in the room empty, not even a bottle of water, I don't say free but not even for a fee. If you are thirsty you have to go through the labyrinth route backwards and when you find the exit, look for a bar, which isn't nearby. An infinite sadness, uncomfortable and smelly, for the modest sum of 120 per night in May... Absurd. To be avoided.
Very bad: absolutely unbalanced quality/price. But even if it cost 50 euros a night, I'd prefer the hostel.

Really nice view from the room - and spacious room, which was good. Also - front desk staff was helpful and professional.
However, there is nothing else indicating this is a four star hotel - breakfast very mediocre (don't buy it, not worth it!) , pool seemed very old and not clean (we didn't try it) homepage says there is free shuttle to the city/train station, that is however not the case is arriving/leaving before 09.00 or after 18 - and between those hours, we never managed to book the shuttle, it was fully booked, we had to walk. Would never go back.

The pictures showed a nice modern hotel but when we came the pool was closed and the hotel was in a very poor condition.
