It was our first time to Hobart and we had a comfortable stay and we’re well looked after. The reception was very polite and helpful. Great location and comfy bed . I like the showerhead in the bathroom; it makes showering very comfortable. Definitely beautiful views.

This trip was to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and I'd like to thank the hotel for the little surprise they prepared for us. The only downside was that our room was on an upper floor, so carrying luggage up the stairs was quite a strenuous task.

Hotel is novice and good , recommend but you have to bring toothbrush on your own. Reception is nice and helpful, but housekeeping not really clean your room. They only made up your bed and change towels but they never change floor towel and not clean coffee cup too.

We had the most amazing stay here, all thanks to the incredible hospitality!We arrived at Hobart Airport after a super long and exhausting journey, and we were honestly running on empty. Melissa at the front desk was an absolute lifesaver! She noticed how tired we were and immediately went to work trying to get us an early check-in. Since our room wasn’t quite ready, she safely stored our luggage for us and text us the very second it was clean. That meant the world to us!She also gave us a fantastic, super detailed rundown of all the hotel facilities. To make things even better, our room had a stunning, super beautiful view of the lake. We couldn't take our eyes off it!

My stay at Wrest Point in Hobart was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is ideally located in Sandy Bay, right by the waterfront. The room was spacious and clean with excellent natural light, and the stunning bay and mountain views from the window were truly refreshing. The facilities are well-maintained and comprehensive, and the free parking is a huge plus for those traveling by car. Pros: The room offered a beautiful and pleasant lake view. Cons: The most serious issue was that the room couldn't be locked! At first, I thought the lock was broken and reported it to the front desk. They sent a supervisor who claimed it was 'normal' and that no room could be locked due to safety concerns. My mind just went 'Huh???' That's incredibly strange! As a result, I slept in fear during my stay, feeling very insecure. Additionally, the bathroom layout was odd and slanted. The entire hotel was also decorated with portraits, and the daily cleaning wasn't thoroughly done. All things considered, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others.

One word: fantastic! The room was amazing, right by the water with views of the bay. The hotel's location offers incredible panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and sea. In the mornings, we even saw starfish, oysters, and sea anemones in the water. On our last day, we spotted a sea lion basking in the sun – so cute!
