About 15 minutes drive from the airport, about 25 USD by UBER, convenient transportation. About 5 minutes walk from the nearest store, good living function. There is PCR Walk-in test around the hotel, which is very convenient for passengers who board the plane. There are many parking spaces in the surrounding squares, and there is no extra charge. The front desk staff has a friendly service and can try to solve the problem of the tenant. It would be perfect if the airport pick-up and drop-off service could be provided in the future.

The service is terrible, I first walk in with my mom and the only receptionist they have all week round is so out of it and rude, then we walk up to the room and I set up my laptop and start playing games and it’s all good and well. I meet up with my girlfriend and as we’re walking down stairs this guy is just STARING at her butt every time she gets up and I glare at him to kinda tell him no and he just ignores me and keeps looking (we’re both 16). So later that night I go upstairs and start playing games again, but after 15 minutes it kicks me out and says “internet connection failure, check your router” and I go to the web browser and it works just fine. So I mess with it for a while and it wont let me in and then an hour goes by and I can go back in and continue to play; yet another 20 minutes goes by and it kicks me out AGAIN. And it’s been doing this every single night except for the first night when it was completely fine and I was able to play from 10pm to 2:30am when I went to bed. Also don’t eat the eggs, they almost ruined a china town trip for me. Also two cars got robbed back to back in their little parking garage the day I got here.

I am a long time Holiday Inn member and this is the first time I feel bad from staying in a Holiday Inn. My complaint centers' on the staffs and just the lack of professionalism. First of all the staff don't even greet you when you walk in , the first thing that came out of this male staff was ” what's the name under in your reservation ” and then drivers license and credit card. There was no smile or just act courteous. I am very surprised at the lack of training for these staffs working for a large international hotel chain !! The staff looked like they were required to work as part of a work release program from the county jail because there were no incentive for them to do anything else !! My wife came down the next evening to ask for an additional tea bag for the room and the same male evening staff told her with a stone cold face NO and walked away !! We were just dumbfounded and had to double check the building signage outside if it did really say Holiday Inn !! We had better service from an independently owned roadside motel than this !! We were fortunate that we only stayed for 2 nights. I understand that it's so difficult nowadays to hire people to work but these staffs here at this particular Holiday Inn is really scrapping the very bottom of the barrel !! We'd stayed on a previous trip at a nearby Holiday Inn on Belmont, CA just a few blocks away from this location but just didn't have vacancy for the days we needed. We checked out and there was no basic courtesy like ” thank you for staying with us and have a nice trip ”. The fact is you'd get better service even from the average Walmart store. I expect better staff service coming from an international hotel company like Holiday Inn.

Unfortunately looking for a place to stay in San Francisco and everything was crazy expensive! I found this place which was about $130 per night because I only had a one night layover. The room itself was dated but fine for one night. The staff were friendly and helpful. There are just a couple of things to be aware of. 1. It’s gonna cost you $40 to get there and back from SFO in Taxi so you need to factor that in. So now you’re paying $170 2. This is not a great neighborhood 3. It has no restaurant or store nearby, it is in sort of a residential area so if you want to eat you have to get delivered. If you want a drink? Sorry there is nowhere. As I said the place is ok. Just will never understand why hotels in SF are soooo expensive!

I stay here 2 months on a government work assignment. Great value and good service. Walter (Walt) and the other staff absolutely went above and beyond to make the stay a pleasant one. If you are a govt. employee or military person on orders, don't hesitate to stay here. They will take care of you. Coffee and breakfast bars every morning was a nice touch. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Location in Foster City was quiet and nice. Plenty of options to go for walks/runs along the nearby inlets and bay. I did experience a few incidents involving loud, rowdy, and abusive guests (and non-guests) but front desk was quick to respond to those issues. They even evicted an entire group for bad behavior. Thanks Walt and crew.
