We had such an amazing experience at this Disney hotel, and I truly feel like this property deserves every bit of praise. My husband, our 6 kids, and I traveled all the way from Orlando, Florida in America, and after such a big trip, staying somewhere this welcoming, clean, and well-run meant so much to us. From the moment we arrived, the staff made such a strong impression on me. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. It did not feel fake or forced at all, it felt like they truly cared about making sure our stay was comfortable and special. One thing I really want to mention is that even with us traveling from America, the language barrier was honestly not hard at all when dealing with the staff. That was something I truly appreciated. Everyone was so kind, so patient, and so willing to help that communication never felt stressful. They made everything feel easy and comfortable, and that meant a lot, especially traveling with a big family and small children. No matter what we needed, they did their best to help us understand and made sure we felt taken care of. That level of effort, patience, and kindness goes a very long way, and they really made us feel welcome. The staff went above and beyond in so many little ways, and those things really added up. Any time I had a question, needed help, or wasn’t sure about something, someone was there with a smile, ready to help without hesitation. That kind of service stands out, especially when you are traveling with family, and it made such a huge difference for us. They were not just “nice” .They were the kind of staff that makes you stop and think, wow, these people really care. You can feel when people are just doing a job, and you can also feel when people are truly making an effort to give guests a great experience. This staff absolutely did that. Now let me talk about the cleanliness, because honestly this is one of the cleanest hotel properties and rooms I have ever seen in my life. I do not say that lightly. The moment we walked in, everything looked absolutely spotless. Not just tidy, not just “good enough,” but truly immaculate. The room looked fresh, polished, and cared for in a way that is hard to explain unless you see it for yourself. Every surface looked pristine. The floors were clean, the bathroom was shining, the bedding felt fresh and perfectly maintained, and the entire room gave that rare feeling of being deeply, properly cleaned. There was not that uneasy hotel feeling some places have where you start wondering what has or has not really been cleaned. This place felt the complete opposite. It felt sanitized, refreshed, and cared for to the highest standard. The room was so clean that it immediately made us feel comfortable enough to fully relax. When you are staying with children, cleanliness matters even more, and this hotel absolutely exceeded expectations. I noticed the details, and the details matter. The bathroom was spotless, the beds looked crisp and fresh, the furniture was clean, the floors looked amazing, and the whole room felt like it had been cleaned with real care and pride. Even beyond the room itself, the entire property was unbelievably clean. That is what impressed me so much. Usually a hotel might have a nice room, but the hallways, common areas, elevators, or grounds do not always match that same level of care. Here, the cleanliness was consistent everywhere. The entire property was beautifully maintained, and you could clearly tell that cleanliness is taken seriously at every level. Everything looked so well-kept, so polished, and so intentionally maintained that it honestly made the whole stay feel even more luxurious and relaxing. Watching the Suzhou Creek and the Pudong skyline at night, all the quintessential Shanghai charm unfolded before my eyes. The hotel's aesthetic also really appealed to me; it doesn't chase flashy modernity, but instead has a timeless and understated classic feel that withstands the test of time. The room was very comfortable, especially the bedding, which was excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep. Even casual photos turned out beautifully – it's the kind of place that's pretty from any angle, without needing to deliberately find a good shot. This time, I particularly want to thank Penny. Over the years, I've stayed in many hotels, and once the hardware reaches a certain standard, it's truly the people who make the difference. Penny left me with an impression that can be summarized in two phrases: meticulous attention to detail and thorough consideration. Before and after check-in, she proactively sought to understand our preferences and needs. Many things didn't require repeated explanations; she had already thought of them in advance. What's remarkable is that this attentiveness never felt forced; she had excellent discretion, making the entire weekend feel very relaxed. One small incident, in particular, is worth mentioning. Even after her shift, Penny continued to help coordinate and arrange things for us, and she specifically clarified our personal preferences one by one. Ironically, this was one of the most enjoyable and relaxing breaks I've had recently. The hardware, views, and ambiance of the Bellagio Shanghai are all worth a return visit, but what truly makes someone choose a hotel again are often these small details in the service. This hotel enjoys an unbeatable prime location with convenient access to attractions. The biggest highlight is the stunning night view from the room, where you can clearly overlook the Huangpu River and the iconic Oriental Pearl Tower. The dazzling city lights create an unforgettable visual treat. All staff members are warm, polite and responsive, offering thoughtful service whenever I needed help. The great location, breathtaking riverfront night scenery and [Heart][Heart][Heart]attentive staff made my trip extremely pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Shanghai.

Although parking is typically charged, after a quick chat, they arranged complimentary ground parking for me, which made getting in and out seamless. This was especially helpful given how much luggage I had. The front desk staff were professional and attentive during check-in; they responded quickly, communicated patiently and thoroughly, clearly explained all the check-in benefits, and processed everything efficiently without any long waits. The concierge team also left a strong impression. They greeted guests proactively when entering and leaving the hotel, helped with directions, assisted with luggage, and were always quick to respond to any requests. Their polite and considerate demeanor, along with their attention to detail, truly showcased their high service standards. The executive lounge experience was excellent as well. It was quiet and elegant with a comfortable atmosphere, and the food and drink selection was extensive. Both the afternoon tea and evening snacks were top-notch. It was perfect for a quick break, getting some work done, or simply relaxing. My time in the lounge was very enjoyable. Overall, the guest rooms were clean and tidy, the hardware was well-maintained, and the comfort level was very high. From the customer service at the front desk and concierge to the amenities and experience in the lounge, you could feel the hotel management's dedication and thoughtfulness at every step. I highly recommend this hotel for both business travelers and families, and I will definitely choose it again for my next visit. Special tip: The underground parking is charged, but you can contact the hotel in advance to arrange complimentary ground parking on a first-come, first-served basis.

For our family trip, we chose the Waldorf Astoria's new building river-view room. The room was spacious, and the floor-to-ceiling windows framed the magical Shanghai river view like a moving painting. Our dedicated concierges, Aaron and Brin, meticulously considered every detail for our family outing, providing practical suggestions for local attractions and responding to our requests efficiently and effectively. During our leisure time, sitting by the window, watching the boats slowly cross the river, we soaked in the unique vibrant atmosphere of the Bund. The quality of the facilities combined with the warm service created truly precious memories for this trip to Shanghai.

The B&B is very comfortable. The decoration style seems simple but is very clean and tidy. I like the minimalist style very much. It has a mahjong table, a singing room, and a projector. It's a pity that I came late and didn't get to play. I'll try it next time. Two 1.5-meter large beds are put together so that children can roll around as much as they want~ The kitchen downstairs has a pot and an oven. The boss cooked corn for the children in the morning. He ate breakfast and looked at the rice fields outside the window. He was in a great mood. It only took 9 minutes to take a taxi to Haichang. It was very convenient and a very pleasant stay.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast selection was extensive. The hotel is conveniently located right above Bailan Plaza, offering a wide variety of dining options. It's also just a short walk down to the river, perfect for enjoying the breathtaking night views of the Huangpu River and the Bund – absolutely delightful.

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The water, electricity, and internet were all very stable, and the front desk staff were all attentive. The facilities are new, and the room had a lot of thoughtful details. The value for money is really excellent. I saw online that it's close to both the metro and the train, and it truly is. If you're catching a train the next day, I highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay has been a pleasure. The room is well furnished with all the essentials needed for an holidays of more than one day (fridge, washing machine and dryer). The beds are very soft and there is enough room for luggages. Our room is located in the French concession quarter, an interesting area with a lot of nice restaurants for all the budgets, convenience store and coffee. The service is very kind and helpful: the host has created a weChat group for us, with all the staff to answer our needs, and they provided us all the information days before the checking, ensuring that everything was clear. They bought us also water bottles for our stay. Few negative points to be discussed: the road in which our room (named Rome or ”Luoma”) is located is in a secondary street, unfortunately full of poor maintained house. When we saw the main entrance of the building we thought we were being scammed, since it was a mess with mold and falling paints from the wall, garbage and boxes. Fortunately the room is completely different! Another negative point are the windows that are super thin. Even if closed, you can hear everything from the road (the last night the neighbour were arguing for more than 1 hour and we could hear everything. It was like they were with us in the room!). The curtains are ok for the privacy, but not for the light: at 5 am the light of the sun was so strong that we needed to use eye masks to be able to sleep a little more. In general, our staying has been very pleasant and we suggest it! We hope that the host fix soon the few negative points
