"The Wi-Fi was incredibly slow! **Location:** Just a few minutes' walk from Shanghai Railway Station and the subway, not far from the main road. There's a FamilyMart and some restaurants downstairs. **Facilities:** A proper hotel with an elevator, air conditioning, and self-service laundry. The shower had good hot water. The wooden furniture looked a bit dated but seemed durable and of good quality. It appears to have been renovated, and the renovation quality is decent. However, I have to complain about the Wi-Fi speed – it was excruciatingly slow! **Soundproofing:** Average; I could hear conversations from the next room. **Cleanliness:** Relatively clean. **Environment:** Both inside and out, it was neat and orderly. **Service:** They proactively offered a room upgrade (perhaps due to fewer guests during the off-season) and could store luggage for us. **Breakfast:** Although breakfast was included, they actually provided a 15 RMB voucher per person to use at a neighboring restaurant. You pay for what you choose, and anything over 15 RMB needs to be paid out of pocket, which felt a bit like a rip-off. However, if you plan carefully, it's manageable. The breakfast quality was relatively average, but it was available from 6:30 AM, which is convenient for early travelers."

"The hotel was easy enough to find for a hotel the has a reception on the 4th floor and no signage out front. The location is prime for access to the pedestrian road. Lots of sightseeing and shopping in this area. Short drive to all the key tourist hotspots. Beds were comfortable, staff were great to foreigners like us, breakfast was fine. The only thing of notes was we had no luck using the dryers and resorted to hanging out our clothes in our room. But this is a minor issue and may be operator error. We would stay at the Yitel premium again."

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Radisson. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. A big thank you to Jason of the front desk, he assisted us with all our questions and went the extra mile in making our stay a beautiful experience. The location was perfect, near the major attractions in Shanghai, convenient for walking to the Metro or hailing a ride thru Didi. There were lots of food options near the hotel and the area was safe for tourists. Will definitely recommend staying here."

"After landing at Pudong International Airport last night around 10 PM, it was too late to go home, so we opted for a nearby hotel that offered airport shuttle service. We hurried to catch the 11 PM shuttle. In the morning, shuttles depart for the international airport every 50 minutes past the hour. The shuttle service was quite good. However, the hotel's facilities were really subpar. We were initially given a standard room, but the shower drain was clogged. The staff kindly upgraded us to a family room. Unfortunately, the sink in the family room's bathroom caused my right thumb to bleed quite a bit because the drain stopper was so stiff and wouldn't budge. The entire room felt quite stuffy, and the hotel itself seemed old and rundown. Even the new room we were given had drainage issues... Its convenient location is a plus, and for just one night, my expectations weren't high, so the price was acceptable. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it was enough to fill up. A warm bowl of congee was a nice touch too."

"The windowless room was really stuffy, but everything else was okay. I mainly want to talk about the bathroom. The shower stall was incredibly tiny. There was no shelf to put anything on, and while I can overlook the lack of conditioner, I had nowhere to put my own conditioner, nor the towel. The showerhead only twisted to the right; no matter how much I turned it, it wouldn't rotate properly. What you see is after I managed to twist it a bit, but it just spun back as soon as I turned on the water. When the room door was locked, there was an intermittent beeping sound from the bottom. The room was quite soundproof, which was a good point."

The toilet in the room was very smart, and the hotel is close to both the Bund and a pedestrian street. The subway station is also very convenient. I highly recommend it!"

"The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the famous Changzheng Hospital, literally a 2-minute walk away. Upon arrival, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and constantly smiling. The room itself was quite spacious and exceptionally clean. The mattress had a nice bouncy feel, and out of the four pillows provided, two were latex, which was a great touch. The bathroom even had a convenient rack to hang laundered clothes, and the toiletries were good quality. I was also very pleased with the central air conditioning. In the mornings, there are tons of dining options nearby, and the hotel's breakfast was also very generous. Huanghe Road, a renowned food street, is right there. For the price, this hotel offers incredible value for money. It's a fantastic hotel, and I'll definitely be back!"

"Great location close to the airport, free shuttle bus which is available at night. The room is clean, the bed is huge. There is shampoo, hair conditioner and shower gel. Even an iron and ironing board. The tv even has an English channel. Breakfast was great, a good variety of things to eat. There is also a gym if you fancy some exercise. And free late checkout at 2 p.m. Loved it"
