"They have a shuttle service from the airport, and unlike other hotel shuttles that combine multiple hotels into one big bus, this one is spacious and quiet. It even runs at 2 AM, and the driver mentioned it operates until 3 AM, every hour on the hour. The front desk staff were very friendly and confirmed if I needed an airport drop-off shuttle and at what time during check-in. All my requests were met. It's also very convenient to buy things or eat downstairs."

"The location is a bit far from the nearest subway station; it took us about 25 minutes by taxi to get there. However, since our flight home was at 8 AM, this was the closest option to Pudong Airport. Plus, there's a free shuttle bus early in the morning to take guests to the airport. Overall, the experience was good. It would have been even more perfect if the lobby manager had smiled a bit more while providing service. 😊"

"The hygiene was impeccable, and the location was fantastic, very close to Nanjing Road and the Bund, about 100 meters away. Downstairs, there were several delicious and affordable snack shops. The young lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic, and the cleaning staff were exceptionally friendly, even helping me with my luggage. Plus, there was complimentary bottled water."

"Close to airport with free shuttle bus Overall clean but the air conditioner sound is too loud I requested to change the room but the reception said it’s the same for all rooms and gave me too ear plugs instead. So for someone who appreciates quietness during your stay maybe consider another place, but for short transit I think it’s bearable The reception also forced me to gave five star reviews and took my phone for a long time not too sure what she wanted to do: managed to get back and left this review I wondered if they did the same to others that their ratings is so high"

"I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind and supportive, always offering helpful suggestions and thoughtful recommendations throughout my stay. The food was excellent and very diverse. I especially appreciated the late-night meal at 9 PM, which I relied on a lot. It felt just like traveling and coming back home to find someone still taking care of you and preparing a warm meal — this was something I loved the most. The facilities were also very well prepared. There were washing machines and ironing facilities available for guests. Even though I didn’t personally use them, I could clearly see how necessary and thoughtful this was, especially for travelers. Hotel shuttle bus service is also excellent. Lastly, I would like to thank the hotel for the lovely apple given as a Christmas blessing by the staff during check-out before I headed home. Such a small gesture, yet it truly warmed my heart. Highly recommended, and I would be happy to stay here again."

Tables and chairs are neatly arranged, and their surfaces are polished to a shine. Even easily overlooked nooks and crannies are immaculately clean. Moreover, its location is excellent, very close to renowned attractions, just a few minutes' walk away. After a tiring day of sightseeing, returning to this cozy little place, ordering a fragrant cup of coffee—the rich aroma instantly fills the air. Paired with some delicious snacks like sweet cookies or crispy chips, sitting on a comfortable chair, you can savor the treats while reminiscing about the beautiful scenery you've just seen. It's truly pleasant and satisfying."

"Traveling from Suzhou to Shanghai, I booked this hotel through Ctrip. It's conveniently located, just one or two stops away from both the train station and the subway, and there's a bus stop right outside. The room was clean, and toiletries and drinking water were provided daily. The duvet on the bed was light, perfect for the current season. The service was excellent. After checking out from my 3-night stay, I received over 3,000 points back, which is the most I've ever gotten from a hotel stay. Many thanks to the hotel and the platform for these benefits!"

"The hotel is in a great location, close to Nanjing Road and East Nanjing Road metro station, walking distance from the Bund. However, it is tricky to find because the facade says Ji Hotel, the reception is on the 5th floor. The room is simple but serviceable, the cleanliness and the quality of the breakfast (the same bagged package every morning) could be improved."
