The environment here is fantastic, and the room's oxygen supply was top-notch. The service was excellent too; they even upgraded our room for free! We decided to extend our stay right after checking in. The room was much more spacious and brighter than it looked in the photos, and everything else was great. My only minor issue is that I'm a light sleeper and quite sensitive to noise and brightness. The light from the mirror's switch felt a bit too bright for me. I hope they might consider providing disposable earplugs and eye masks in the rooms in the future.

They contacted me beforehand to inquire, and I was lucky enough to get a free room upgrade upon arrival – the service was excellent! The room was simply yet elegantly decorated, and they turned on the underfloor heating early on. Sitting by the window, I could see snow-capped mountains and grasslands – the scenery was fantastic! Most importantly, the hotel is right at the entrance of the Mengkete Ancient Road, which is very convenient. Highly recommended!

This hotel offers incredible value for money! First off, they have a free airport shuttle service, which saves a lot on taxi fares. The shuttle itself is a nice business van, and the ride was very comfortable with an excellent driver. Upon arrival, there were staff members at the entrance ready to help with our luggage, and check-in at the front desk was super fast. Someone even offered us water while we were checking in. They also gave us complimentary coffee vouchers for the cafe next door, and the coffee there was really good. The room itself was very clean, and all the amenities and facilities felt brand new. The hot water pressure was stable, and hot water came out quickly. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of delicious options – honestly, I think it was the best breakfast I had throughout my trip in Xinjiang. When we checked out, the front desk even gave us a souvenir fridge magnet. During our stay, whenever we asked the front desk for recommendations on nearby restaurants or attractions, they patiently explained everything to us. This hotel really provides an excellent experience. Highly recommend!

## Pros: 1. The hotel boasts an excellent location with a massive parking lot, making it incredibly convenient for self-driving travelers. 2. The surrounding area is well-developed with a comprehensive array of amenities, including countless restaurants, supermarkets, fruit shops, and pharmacies, ensuring guests have no shortage of dining and shopping options. 3. The central air conditioning in the rooms is remarkably quiet – arguably the quietest in all of Southern Xinjiang. Even on the lowest fan setting, it produces virtually no noise, which is a huge benefit for light sleepers or those sensitive to noise at night. ## Cons: 1. The quality of service has noticeably declined since the hotel's initial opening. 2. There was an unpleasant odor emanating from the room's drain. 3. The towels provided were old and worn, and the toilet paper in the bathroom was of very poor quality. 4. The laundry room and gym are awkwardly crammed into a single small space with insufficient equipment. With only two washing machines, guests often have to wait in line until the early hours of the morning to do their laundry. It would be much more practical to remove two treadmills and add more washing machines.

The loft room type of Kuitun M Hotel is really great! The room is very large and the upper and lower floors are particularly comfortable. There are two beds upstairs, one large and one small, and the sofa downstairs can be opened as a bed to sleep. A room can accommodate five or six people. It is especially convenient whether it is a classmate gathering, friends playing together or a birthday. The room is clean and tidy, the lighting is very good, and the automatic bed curtain is also very convenient to use. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the location is convenient, the price is super high, the overall experience is very good, next time you come to Kuitun, you will definitely stay here!

The window offered stunning views of the snow-capped mountains and grasslands. I could sit by the window, sip tea, and simply zone out all evening (it doesn't even get dark until after 10 PM here). 4. The room had diffused oxygen, which ensured a great night's sleep. 5. The dried fruits, dates, and raisins provided in the room were delicious! 6. The laundry room was spacious and very convenient. This was our first time visiting the Pamir Plateau and our first encounter with the Tajik people. We loved the scenery in Tashkurgan and truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

The hotel management is high-end but the price is very affordable. Although it has been open for a long time, it does not affect the stay experience at all. The environment is spacious, clean and comfortable. The waiters are friendly and respectful. The restaurant for breakfast is beautifully decorated with local ethnic characteristics and the variety of dishes is very good. Rich, I will definitely choose Hongdae Culture Hotel next time I come to Yarkand.

My top choice for hotels when I'm on a business trip to Xinjiang! It's clean, hygienic, and incredibly convenient for getting around, with all the necessary amenities nearby. Most importantly, the service attitude is excellent and very friendly, especially from the lovely Ms. Nur and the handsome Mr. Alpha, who provide very thoughtful service!
