Our stay here was absolutely perfect! The staff were incredibly warm and attentive throughout, from helping with our luggage to answering all our questions about the area – their attention to detail made everything feel so welcoming. Our room was spotlessly clean, and the underfloor heating was a godsend; even in -40 degree Hemu, we could walk around barefoot comfortably, completely escaping the winter chill. The sight of snow-covered cabins and birch forests, especially with the morning mist, felt like something out of a fairytale, and every photo we took looked stunning. The hotel's location is also super convenient for exploring; getting to the old village by bus was a breeze. Combined with the heartwarming service and comfortable accommodation, this made our Hemu trip truly unforgettable. I've already recommended it to friends planning to visit!

A very beautiful hotel, except for its somewhat remote location, everything else is great. Regarding the guest rooms, I would appreciate it if the bathroom near the entrance had hand soap and hand towels; otherwise, it felt very inconvenient. Most people wash their hands and rinse their mouths immediately upon entering a room, and without hand soap or anything to use, you have to go into the master bedroom's bathroom to find these items, which is a bit frustrating. How could a hotel with such excellent facilities overlook these small details? The private hot spring had good water flow and temperature, and you could even smell the characteristic mineral water aroma. However, the hot water came out very slowly from the sink, and the shower water was inconsistent in temperature. Finally, the TV couldn't play any programs due to a persistent network problem; I ended up only being able to stream content from a mobile app.

I booked the Hampton by Hilton for my business trip, and the front desk agent even upgraded my room. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and the location is very convenient with many restaurants nearby. The hotel breakfast was abundant, and it offers great value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommended!

Although it's an established hotel, it has a great location, very close to the Grand Bazaar and within walking distance of nearby restaurants. The front desk lady, Ms. Aiman, is beautiful and friendly! 🌹I love her so much! 🌹She upgraded me to a junior suite, which was quiet, safe, and comfortable. It was amazing! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The housekeeper was a senior employee and a beautiful young woman, equally attentive and enthusiastic. This made my stay feel safe and secure during this trip, and it was a very pleasant stay! The hotel has a very high occupancy rate, and it would be even better if the breakfast menu featured more Xinjiang specialties. Overall, it's very good! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I visited the Caucasus during the National Day holiday and needed to transit through Urumqi. I arrived a day early and booked this hotel. I checked in quite late, but the room was reserved exactly as requested in my notes. Overall, the room was clean, bright, and fully smart-enabled. It even came with a bathtub liner, a mini-bar, welcome snacks, and yogurt, which was a fantastic experience. The bedding was very comfortable, and breakfast was decent. All the front desk staff were proactive and friendly. I pre-booked airport transfer, which was very convenient, and Ru Zi Wu Xiu Er from housekeeping even helped with my luggage. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I come to Urumqi specifically for a visit.

I checked out the newly opened Conrad Hemu, and the overall experience completely met my expectations. As a new hotel, the design is excellent, from the lobby to the rooms, the spaces are spacious and warm, especially the rooms, which are very roomy and make you feel completely at ease. I had previously seen some reviews on a platform mentioning issues like formaldehyde smells, insufficient staff training, and lack of underfloor heating, but I encountered none of these during my stay. Instead, I experienced attentive and meticulous service throughout. The front desk, restaurant, and housekeeping staff were all very friendly and welcoming, responding promptly to any requests. The underfloor heating was incredibly effective. From the entrance to the bathroom, the entire room was warm, and the bathroom floor was even a little ”hot.” The hotel also thoughtfully provided humidifiers in all the rooms because of the strong underfloor heating (they asked if I needed one at check-in). Furthermore, the housekeeping staff proactively added fresh water daily, showing attention to detail. This stay was very comfortable and reassuring. Both the facilities and the service made me feel that this is a hotel truly putting its guests first. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Hemu!

What really broke my heart was the front desk guy, Eevee! ✨He's truly an ”angel on earth” in the hotel world✨ From his warm smile upon check-in, to his daily greetings, help with route planning, reminders to take precautions against wind and altitude sickness...he even prepared a special gift for check-out: Jin Jun Mei black tea, handmade candies, and mineral water! 🍃🍬💧 He said, ”Sister, drink tea to stay refreshed, candy to replenish your energy, and bring water for the journey.” My eyes immediately welled up... How could this be hotel service? This is clearly family-like concern! The environment is great, and there are several good restaurants nearby. The lobby has heating, and it seems there's food on the second floor too. Overall, I'm very satisfied, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit. It's very convenient... I personally don't like staying in guesthouses; the rooms are often small and cramped. I much prefer hotels. You can even see the starry night sky right outside the window, and it's not far to the Old Village either.

The hotel only focuses on the visual design, but it is flashy and not practical! I felt that I had chosen the right place when I checked in, but I would never stay there again after I stayed there! Hotels should still be people-oriented. There are many inconveniences when staying there. You can only hang 3 or 4 pieces of clothes. There is no place to dry clothes after washing. The hot water is not hot. The drain is higher than the door. The water is stored and flows to the toilet area next to it. There is no place to put any bags or suitcases. They can only be thrown on the ground. There is only one chair in the double room. Alas, if the designer himself lives there, he will probably complain about himself!

The breakfast is rich in variety, with a reasonable combination of Chinese and Western styles, especially the freshly cooked noodles and freshly ground coffee. A small gift was also given at check-out, which made me feel warm. The overall cost-effectiveness is super high. It is highly recommended for business travel or tourism vacation. I will definitely choose it again next time I come to this city!
