I booked via Trip.com — It was out of expectations!Close to Kashi Airport, feels like a 5-star stay at a lower price. The hotel is neat and clean with no cigarette smell. I highly recommend this hotel for international travelers, probably you may need translator app if you don't mind. The most satisfying hotel service and best features I experienced while traveling in Xinjiang. Location: Free airport shuttle (with booking). Taxi to the city or Old Town costs under CNY 10. It is easy and cheap to move around. A convenience store and Muslim restaurant with veggie dishes are just steps away. Environment: Spacious, quiet, with parking and a small garden. Amenities: All that a solo traveler needs. Automatic heated toilet seat is an extra. Voice control for the room (Chinese only) was impressive. I liked the bathroom layout, with anti-slip tiles idea and a separate basin area. Free laundry (washer + dryer). Cozy lobby bar (working station) with coffee, milk tea, and soy milk provided. I saw a printer free to use too.. Personal downsides: I can't find the hotel by the name ”Oriental hotel” (translated by trip.com). At the end, i figured out the name should be GreenTree Eastern Hotel (Kashgar Airport Branch) as in Didi. No fridge in the room, I couldn’t store fruits and cold drinks during my 4-night summer stay. Suggestions: - Add labels to breakfast dishes to avoid waste - English signs would be an extra help - There was once the locals talk loudly at night near the rooms — a reminder sign could help.

This hotel was perfect for traveling with kids! The room was spacious, clean, and odor-free, with soft bedding. The staff were exceptionally friendly and thoughtfully provided extra amenities for children. The hotel environment was quiet and safe, with convenient access to nearby attractions. The hot water was consistent, and the toiletries were complete. Our child was very comfortable, and the whole family was satisfied. Highly recommended for family trips!

The hotel was very clean and conveniently located right off the main road with easy parking. There were local eateries nearby, and it was a short taxi ride to the International Grand Bazaar. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and even proactively upgraded our room. I'll definitely stay here again.

Overall, my stay was very satisfying. Ms. Salameti, a staff member, was warm and attentive, kind and friendly, and communicated smoothly. The service staff were polite and meticulous, reliable and down-to-earth, and were able to respond and deal with any issues promptly, which made me feel very comfortable. The room itself was clean and tidy, with excellent hygiene. It was neatly arranged and organized, creating a comfortable living atmosphere. The facilities were complete and in good condition, making for a very convenient stay. The overall environment was quiet, and the quality of rest was excellent. Both the service experience and the accommodation exceeded expectations, and the check-in process was very pleasant. The value for money was good, and I was satisfied in all aspects. I will definitely choose this place again if I have the opportunity, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

A pleasant surprise! I thought for such a low price it would just be average, but when I arrived, the environment was great, the room was good, the service was spot-on, and the facilities were quite complete. Overall, it was a really good experience. As long as you're not extremely picky, I think anyone would have a good stay.

Traveling with my family of three, I chose this 5-star hotel and booked a king-sized bed. The front desk lady, Xiao Pai, saw there were three of us and upgraded us to a twin-bedded suite, which we loved. She also gave us a special soapbox with local Yili characteristics and a fridge magnet with pictures of Xinjiang attractions. The front desk lady was so kind and helpful, highly recommended!

I’d like to give a special shout-out to Xiao Ye, the concierge staff member, during my recent stay at the Urumqi Pushe Qinyuan Hotel (Tianshan International Airport Degang Wanda Branch). Xiao Ye was incredibly warm and attentive, always polite and helpful. Upon my arrival, he proactively assisted me with arranging a taxi, which significantly eased my travel burden. Knowing that my train departed early the next morning and would conflict with the hotel's breakfast hours, Xiao Ye thoughtfully informed the front desk and meticulously coordinated my breakfast arrangements. He truly went above and beyond, always approaching solutions from a guest’s perspective to resolve any travel difficulties. His meticulous and thoughtful service made my trip feel incredibly warm and truly made me feel at home. He deserves high praise!

This is a new hotel with great overall ambiance and facilities. The smart room features are very convenient! Most importantly, for women who often have a lot of small belongings, the hotel's independent ground-level parking is incredibly handy!~ The gym and laundry room on the second floor are fully equipped, even with laundry detergent. Plus, there's a robot delivery service for food straight to your door, so introverts like me don't have to open the door to pick up orders anymore. It was a fantastic experience~

The front desk service at this hotel was exceptional! Our flight was delayed, and we didn't get back to the hotel until 2 AM, having missed dinner. The kettle in our room was broken, so we contacted the front desk. Fangfang and Xiaxia, who were working the night shift, went above and beyond, using their own kettle to boil water for us twice, until past 3 AM. A big thank you to them and the hotel management for their wonderful attitude. The breakfast was also excellent, with great service; any depleted items were promptly refilled. They even provided complimentary breakfast for our child. This is truly a hotel that puts you at ease.

The hotel service was excellent; every front desk and shuttle staff member was polite and enthusiastic. I had booked three separate nights and couldn't get the same room type, but the front desk upgraded my room for all three nights and even helped me extend my stay in the original room, saving me a lot of hassle. They were very considerate of the customer. The breakfast hours were very generous, from 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM. Although the restaurant isn't huge, the food selection is very rich. On the first day, I went at 7:30 AM before breakfast started, but they still kindly packed me a few small breads, which was very thoughtful. The restaurant staff were also very polite and provided great service. The hotel offers airport shuttle service, and the shuttle driver was also very polite and proactively helped with my luggage. On the last day, I scheduled an airport transfer for 6 PM, and the hotel even allowed me to extend my room stay until then. It's the first time I've encountered a hotel that lets you extend your stay until 6 PM, which is fantastic. The hotel is close to Dongcheng Wanda but a bit far from the ancient city, about a 30-minute taxi ride. However, given this level of service, I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Kashgar.
