My top choice for hotels when I'm on a business trip to Xinjiang! It's clean, hygienic, and incredibly convenient for getting around, with all the necessary amenities nearby. Most importantly, the service attitude is excellent and very friendly, especially from the lovely Ms. Nur and the handsome Mr. Alpha, who provide very thoughtful service!

The hotel's location is superb; you can watch the sunrise and sunset directly from the hotel, including the 'golden mountain' phenomenon (sunlight hitting the snow-capped mountains). The hot springs are also amazing – they change the water daily, and it's real natural spring water. Soaking in the hot springs at the foot of a snowy mountain is incredibly picturesque and a truly worthwhile experience. Thumbs up to the hotel and the hot springs! 👍

Only 小黄 front desk is good, others legit cmi.. my wife go ask for bellboy cart, no one bother to help at all.. wts, we are foreigner sure got luggage nobody bother to help after almost an hour until my wife ask for cart to bring luggage up and nobody care till i got piss off and asked for 退房. Totally ********, but thanks 小黄. Willing to upgrade us for free but i decline and paid for the upgrade room, thanks alot. P.S. Travel alot in china, not just a stopover for few days in urumqi but bringing my whole families to stay if the hotel is good as they keen in travelling in xinjiang in future.

The hotel is new, with a few other hotels nearby. The rooms are spacious, and the service is warm and friendly. I stayed for two nights, and when checking out, the hotel gave me a small gift of snow chrysanthemum tea and a silk scarf, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast had a good variety, but the taste was just so-so. The TV remote in the room was broken or out of battery. Both nights, a staff member had to come to the room to turn off the TV, which was a bit awkward.

The hotel front desk service was exceptionally warm and thoughtful. They upgraded my room for free when I checked in. The hotel lobby offers complimentary nuts and coffee, and the environment is very pleasant. The room hygiene was also excellent, and the breakfast had a great variety and was delicious. The hotel also has a large free parking lot with plenty of spaces. What I was most satisfied with at this hotel was the front desk service; they always greeted me with a smile and were very professional. Every time they saw me, they'd ask if I was happy with my room and if there were any issues. I highly recommend this hotel!

Highly recommend!! Stayed two nights. The lake view from the king bed room is absolutely stunning. I originally planned to stay only one night, but decided to extend for another. I was also very satisfied with the service; Zoey was attentive and reliable. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Sayram Lake~

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of Hotan Night Market. Downstairs are various snack shops and beverage stores, as well as a Macro supermarket, which I highly recommend. A taxi to Tuancheng and the museum is only about 2 km and costs 8 yuan. The room was spacious, and the stay was quite relaxing. The breakfast selection wasn't very varied, but the quality was adequate. These are the positives, and the hotel is highly recommended (the supermarket downstairs is a significant plus). The room interior was a bit dated, for example: the carpet was dirty, cigarette butts and other debris were hidden under the bed, the walls were damaged, the wall sockets were old, there were no hangers in the shower, the air conditioner was extremely noisy, and the bathroom had a pungent, pungent odor (perhaps this isn't a common problem; I rented three rooms and only felt that one was more severe). The Wi-Fi signal was weak and intermittent. Compared to the environment and facilities, the service was probably the most concerning. For example, the toilet paper roll was barely enough for a day's use, and even if I didn't provide it for a three-day stay, I wasn't given it, and the response to requests was slow. Also, the souvenirs included in the booking package didn't match the pictures. They weren't coasters, but mouse pads and cardboard signs with the hotel logo. This wasn't a pleasant experience, and authenticity and trust are key. Based on the price/performance, location, ambiance, and space, I still recommend this hotel. After all, we don't stay here to socialize. A quiet and reasonably clean place is fine.
