The place is fantastic for families or friends. It’s on the higher price point compared to hotels in the old village but it’s nearer to the ski resort. Plus, there are free shuttles to the resort so say ByeBye having to pay one way 60CNY transport to the mountains. Lastly, we got a free upgrade to a double toilet room which was rather pleasant. Though the network & wifi in the basement is almost non existent

The hotel is in a good location and relatively close to most of the major sites in the city (15min cab ride at most). The rooms are clean and tidy and breakfast is quite nice with a lot of options. The receptionists at the front desk are really very helpful, they were able to direct me to the nicest spots in the city and connect me with a reliable tour group to visit Kala Kule lake even though I didn't plan my trip properly or book anything in advance. They made the stay all the more wonderful, and were great helps despite me not being able to communicate in Chinese. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

The biggest surprise in Urumqi should be booking this hotel. From the first moment we entered the hotel, we felt the enthusiasm of the service. Xiaomi, the handsome guy in charge of luggage transportation, was meticulous and thoughtful. Zhang Min, the front desk receptionist, was professional and considerate, with strong communication skills and high efficiency. When she learned that we were elderly people staying at the hotel, she was worried that it would be inconvenient for us to go out for breakfast in the morning, so she specially sent us breakfast coupons. The breakfast was also very rich. The breakfast manager on duty saw that we were in a hurry to catch up with our schedule, so he packed coffee for us. When we checked out and prepared to leave, the girl at the front desk ran out to give us a souvenir, a cute little panda. We only then learned that the owner of the hotel is from Chengdu. In short, the overall evaluation of the hotel is very high. Although it has not yet been rated, I have given it a super five-star rating. I will come again and recommend it to my friends. There are many good hotels nowadays, but not many with such high service quality. I hope it can be maintained.
On the way to Qiashi, it can be considered a small tribe, with accommodation, horseback riding, travel photography, a small supermarket, self-service restaurants, and tavern coffee. The stay should be comfortable, but there was a sudden notice of water outage, which seems to be unavoidable. I don't know how the hotel will deal with accommodation during this period. The room has large windows on both sides. As shown in the official pictures, the bathroom has no odor, and the water pressure and hot water are very stable. However, the smart toilet is confused and flushes automatically without any instructions. It is estimated that there is some problem with the program setting or the sensor. There are not many restaurants around the accommodation, so you need to drive there. If you drive there, I highly recommend Jieyou Fish Restaurant, which is more than 10 kilometers away. It is definitely worth the round-trip gas money. The free breakfast at the accommodation exceeded my expectations. Based on previous reviews, I thought it was only beef noodles, but now it is a buffet with bread, jam/honey, eggs, Xibo cakes, sweet potatoes, corn, porridge, 2 hot dishes, rice cakes, corn cakes, etc. As for sound insulation, it feels like the room was converted from the kind of house used by construction workers on a construction site, but the exterior was still renovated with wooden strips and the interior was also carefully decorated, but the sound insulation was average. However, most tourists were tired from the journey and went to bed on time at night, so they didn't hear any noise. I also saw some people saying that they can’t see the stars at night. Well, they really can’t see them because they are too bright. Finally, I think it’s better to equip every room with a fly swatter. Flies are indeed everywhere in the Yili area, which is acceptable, but having a fly swatter will make it easier for residents to solve the problem themselves.
We originally planned to stay in Aral from Hotan, but we encountered a big sandstorm and had to continue north to Kuqa.
The hotel is easy to find, and the surrounding life is convenient. There are all kinds of local food and night markets. Parking is convenient. The hotel hardware and software are good. It’s just that the Duku Highway is not open to traffic this year. If it is open, the price may be more than doubled!

Choosing Xinda Haide Hotel was the best decision for my trip to Urumqi. When I checked in that day, Wang Tianlong, the front desk clerk, responded quickly to my check-in needs and helped me arrange a room. Ma Jia took the initiative to provide a city tour guide, covering food, attractions and transportation, which was very practical. This home-like experience made me feel the hotel's full sincerity. I highly recommend it!
The hotel is located in a building with a public parking lot. The room is large enough and clean overall. The facilities are complete and the price-performance ratio is very high. You have to wait for a while to go up and down the stairs because the elevator is public. Overall, it is OK.

This is a great hotel. The room was very big and clean. The cleaning staff was very responsible and helped me send the clothes to the laundry room for washing and drying during my stay. The reception service was courteous and efficient. The hotel has a great airport transfer service (using a Tesla Premium Sports car). The hotel is well located in the city center and close to many attractions. I am looking forward to my next visit now.

The hotel is very large and luxurious, and there are still several buildings that have not been put into use. There is a large parking lot, which is suitable for self-driving. However, the path to enter is quite narrow, so be careful when passing cars (it is at the innermost of the tourist center).
The hardware is first-class, which is worth recommending; hot water needs to be used with caution.
But the service does need to be improved.
I guess the boss asked employees to improve customer satisfaction, but the supervisor has not found any good way, and the employees below are doing it in a rather far-fetched way.
For example, when leaving, the guest dragged two large boxes with both hands, and then the front desk sent two bottles of drinks. This is very embarrassing. How can they have a spare hand to take it? If they took it hard, how can they drag two boxes? Can't they take the initiative to call someone or help directly? I was embarrassed to see it next to me.
Subjectively hope to be very polite, but in reality there is no such service awareness, which is terrible.
At the service level, I feel that they are very hard-working, but I always feel weird and don't know how to provide good service.
This stay was very satisfying! The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, the check-in was efficient and fast, and the room type was upgraded. The room is spacious and bright, the decoration style is simple and elegant, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the hygiene details are impeccable, and even the corners are spotless. The facilities are complete, including smart toilets, high-speed WiFi and mini bars. The sound insulation effect is also great, and there is no interference from the outside world.
The hotel is in a prime location, with convenient dining and shopping around. It takes only 10 minutes to get to the scenic spot by taxi. The breakfast is rich in variety, with a reasonable combination of Chinese and Western styles, especially the freshly cooked noodles and freshly ground coffee. A small gift was also given at check-out, which made me feel warm. The overall cost-effectiveness is super high. It is highly recommended for business travel or tourism vacation. I will definitely choose it again next time I come to this city!

KKennyStayed here as part of a two day trip in Urumqi. When I first got the room it smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke. Was told by the staff that I could only come back later to try for a different room. When I got back, I still received a room that smelled of cigarette smoke. While the photos show a window, it just a fake one, leading to what looks like a fire escape. Only complaint regarding the window was that it lead to poor ventilation. So my room smelt of cigarette smoke for days.
LL. AiliI’m so glad I picked the Nanjiang Global for my stay in Kashgar. It exceeded my expectations, and my stay was really pleasant. After long days exploring, it always felt good to come home to my room. And given the summer heat, I loved that there was ice cold lemon water always waiting for me in the lobby. The check-in service was great and my room was upgraded. The suites are really comfortable, with amenities by Shanghai Tang. I also saw the standard double rooms, and they were spacious and nice too. The front desk manager who goes by the name Hunter was excellent and so helpful, as were others staff members. Hunter’s English is great and he answered all my questions with patience and kindness. Ask him to write down the hotel’s name in Uyghur for you if you’ll be taking taxis. It’ll be a big help. The hotel is very clean, and breakfast was much more than basic. I hope I have the chance to visit Kashgar again, and I’d be happy to return to this hotel.
GGuest UserThis photo shows the toilet paper holder of another hotel I stayed in during this trip. There are two rolls, but your hotel only provides one roll, which is only half the size of the one roll in this store. It's a very small thing.
A few other suggestions, I sincerely hope that the management of your hotel can see:
First, this is the first time I see a so-called five-star hotel being so stingy with toilet paper. I don't know what happened in your management, but there is really no need to be stingy with toilet paper.
Second, the lobby. There are two types of reception channels in your hotel, one for VIPs and the other for individual guests. Aren't individual guests VIPs?
Third, there are only two bottles of drinking water in the room. If you want more water, you have to pay separately. The Global Harbor in your city defaults to six bottles.
Fourth, the environment. Kashgar is very hot now. The air conditioner in the public area of each floor can be turned on. Anyway, the corridor on the 27th floor where I live is too hot.
Fifth, catering. Your breakfast is really bad. Don't compare it with other hotels, just compare it with the Global Harbor in your city. You are really terrible.
There are many other complaints. Frankly speaking, this is the second worst so-called five-star hotel I have ever stayed in.

TTraveling Family from GermanyGood hotel in the north of Urumqi, near a subway station and elevated road. Parking is available but can get a bit busy during the day.
The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and the amenities are all brand new.
Unfortunately, the hotel seems to be a bit overwhelmed at times by the number of guests. We could only go into our room an hour after the official check-in time. The explanation that this is normal did not make the situation any better. If this is a common problem, the check-in time should be moved back to prevent travelers from arriving too early.
Breakfast was mostly Chinese, but basic western items like fresh bean coffee were available.
Despite the check-in issues, I would still recommend this hotel to foreign travelers.
LLiamHad an amazing stay at this hotel with friends over a 5 night period. From the very first moment the hotel was extremely welcoming, the driver was punctual and patient while we tried to find the car, and Ms Li on the front desk was very welcoming, she always greeted us when we arrived and left, and helped us book our airport transfer on our final day. The only issue we had was the small amount of toiletries we received, however it was a very small issue. Make sure to check out the plaza dancing outside the hotel at night, and enjoy the amazing food and beer in the near by restaurants!
