The location of the hotel is excellent, 3 mins walking to the nearest Nanmen Metro Station, just one stop from the Erdaoqiao Station leading to the Xinjiang International Grand Bazaar. The room is spacious, carpeted and the bed is comfortable. We were greeted with fruit platter and Chinese tea with beautiful tea set when we checked into our room. We had a good view of the city and the surrounding snow-capped mountains can be seen from the window. However, the television set can be better positioned for ease of watching from the bed. The front desk served by Guzalnut and Paziliya, were very helpful and warm. Thank you for the great service.

I checked in on December 31st. That day I had a high fever and couldn't eat anything. Around 10 or 11 am, I called the front desk to ask for a bedtime sweet soup to be delivered to my room. The front desk said it wasn't available yet and they would deliver it when it was available. Around midnight, it still hadn't arrived, so I called the front desk again. They said the kitchen was closed that day and they didn't have any sweet soup… Quite speechless. If they hadn't said they didn't offer it, I would have just ordered takeout. Making someone with a high fever wait for over an hour on an empty stomach is ridiculous! The next day, the cantaloupe breakfast took almost half an hour to arrive, and then it was gone in seconds. It felt like this hotel hadn't had this many guests in a long time. The hotel is built on a hillside, and the front desk and rooms are not in the same place. The parking area is far from the rooms, which is quite inconvenient in winter. Regarding facilities, I booked a lake-view twin room, but there was no coffee table between the two beds. The only place to eat in the room was a dining table, but there were no chairs. I wanted to make hot tea, but there were no tea bags provided in the room.

From the front desk to housekeeping and even maintenance (who promptly fixed a light bulb), everything was handled efficiently and professionally. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. A truly wonderful stay that exceeded all expectations! We stayed in different hotels in Tashkurgan County over three days, and only Snow Crown deserves a full five-star rating! Excellent Location: The hotel is perfectly situated. Turn right outside and you'll be right on the Panlong Ancient Trail, the Khunjerab Pass, and the various attractions of the Wakhan Corridor. A key point is that there's a gas station right at the door. Travelers should definitely choose a hotel close to a gas station; there are no gas stations along the way to the attractions, so be sure to fill up before setting off. Outside the window, the wetlands and snow-capped mountains offer breathtaking views. Even at night, when there aren't any sandstorms, you can see the stars. Attentive Service: Of the three hotels we stayed at, only Snow Crown had the concierge take the initiative to help with our luggage from the moment we got off the bus. The front desk staff, both Tajik men and women, spoke fluent Chinese and asked if we were traveling for pleasure or business, and recommended itineraries. They also helped us carry our luggage to the car upon check-out and gave us a gift. Room Cleanliness: The room was larger than expected, very clean and tidy, with no odors. Besides the oxygen machine, it also had a humidifier, which is incredibly important for mainland travelers. The room's toiletries were all disposable Chando products, not the kind that come in refillable bottles. They were genuine and smelled great. Two face masks were also provided with the room. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept soundly. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and the water pressure was strong, making for a very comfortable shower. Full Facilities: There was a gym and swimming pool, but I didn't have time to use them. The laundry room was especially noteworthy, with more than double the number of machines compared to other hotels. There was also a free billiards room and karaoke. In the evening, you could choose between Chinese food or yak hotpot, both conveniently located right outside the hotel. The breakfast was more varied and delicious than at other hotels. This trip was made even better by choosing this hotel. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends!

The room was very comfortable, and the service was beyond five-star. We got an upgrade, and Alan provided full butler service throughout our stay. He recommended great local restaurants, arranged airport transfers, and even helped warm up food for my mom, personally bringing it up to our room. We had such a wonderful time, and I would definitely choose Hilton Garden Inn again if I ever return to Kashi. The guys who handled our airport transfers were also fantastic; it felt just like coming home.

The room overlooked Sayram Lake, and the view outside the window was beautiful. The room was clean and the facilities were new. However, the air conditioning was not effective. When we entered the room in the evening, the heating was at 13 degrees, and even after turning it to the highest setting, it only reached 15 degrees. We called a technician, who said that due to the strong wind and snow outside, the underfloor heating system couldn't keep up. We had to wear sweaters and jackets in the room and hide under the covers. By the next day, it only reached 20 degrees. This experience was quite a struggle. The front desk apologized during check-out and gave us a small gift. Since we were in a hurry to travel, we didn't say much more. The hardware facilities definitely need improvement!

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of Hotan Night Market. Downstairs are various snack shops and beverage stores, as well as a Macro supermarket, which I highly recommend. A taxi to Tuancheng and the museum is only about 2 km and costs 8 yuan. The room was spacious, and the stay was quite relaxing. The breakfast selection wasn't very varied, but the quality was adequate. These are the positives, and the hotel is highly recommended (the supermarket downstairs is a significant plus). The room interior was a bit dated, for example: the carpet was dirty, cigarette butts and other debris were hidden under the bed, the walls were damaged, the wall sockets were old, there were no hangers in the shower, the air conditioner was extremely noisy, and the bathroom had a pungent, pungent odor (perhaps this isn't a common problem; I rented three rooms and only felt that one was more severe). The Wi-Fi signal was weak and intermittent. Compared to the environment and facilities, the service was probably the most concerning. For example, the toilet paper roll was barely enough for a day's use, and even if I didn't provide it for a three-day stay, I wasn't given it, and the response to requests was slow. Also, the souvenirs included in the booking package didn't match the pictures. They weren't coasters, but mouse pads and cardboard signs with the hotel logo. This wasn't a pleasant experience, and authenticity and trust are key. Based on the price/performance, location, ambiance, and space, I still recommend this hotel. After all, we don't stay here to socialize. A quiet and reasonably clean place is fine.

Takeaways to the hotel's own staff will help you deliver them, which is also a very reassuring point. The staff who need to pick up the plane will also ask about the flight information carefully. The lobby environment is great. It is mainly quiet and comfortable, suitable for business travel. The hotel lobby also has spiral stairs, which is very design. Convenient transportation, parking is also very convenient, it is safe to enter the elevator to brush the room card, the room layout is reasonable, clean and tidy, the bedding is very comfortable, the breakfast is varied, a great hotel, recommended! !

Located just a 15-minute drive from the airport, the hotel offers 24-hour airport shuttle service. The hotel staff were very friendly, the rooms were spotless, and there was 24-hour diffused light in the rooms. They even helped print documents upon check-out. I will definitely stay at Banlan Hotel next time!

OMG, my friend recommended this place to me. The hot springs in Shawan are really good in winter. It was cloudy when we first set out. As time went by, the closer we got to our destination, the clearer it got. Until the sun broke through the clouds, the sky gradually became blue. Along the way, there were fields covered with snow, and the beautiful scenery of snow-capped mountains in the distance. The hot springs here are sulfur springs. The outdoor hot springs are surrounded by mountains on three sides. The air is filled with curling water mist and the smell of sulfur. After putting away the luggage and walking to the hot spring pool, the sky was completely clear. I enjoyed the hot spring while watching the snow-capped mountains. It was a beautiful experience. It was just that the hotel heating was too hot. It was so hot that I drank 4 or 5 bottles of water and was still thirsty.
