TRS Ibiza Hotel -All Inclusive Adults Only+16

The experience is find, therefore I’m here to wrote this comment. If that wasn’t I will never be writing this again and again. I’m just looking forward to have an other wonderful stay. But, there is no AC no AC no AC.

Really loved this hotel and would go again. The start wasn’t great though. We got to the hotel early about 11.30am and immediately were told Alberto ‘ you are not staying in this hotel but one round the corner’ bit a shock when we booked it nearly a year in advance! He told us to come back at 3pm and didn’t explain anything, where the bars were, which was the lunch restaurant - nothing. Very annoying and a real let down. I went back at 2pm and found the room was already ready. But the hotel turned out to be hotel de Cala gracio which was in the grounds and in the same block as the Gaucho restaurant and near the quiet pool. Room was modern and clean, but only storage was at the top of the cupboards, good job I am 6 foot 4. Bathroom was nice but needs more shelves. Atmosphere at both pools was great, drinks were a good choice, but need to sort the wasps buzzing round the drinks taps. Food was really good, all through the day, Gaucho was excellent, we went twice. All staff were really helpful but a real shout out goes to our Butlers. The term Butler is misleading and a bit unfair to the young members who carry out a unique role. There is one person all day and night at a desk on each floor, who help with bookings, advice, extras for the room etc really good idea. Our butler was brilliant when my wife left her phone in taxi. They rang the islands taxi company, rang my wife’s phone and spoke to the driver, in fluent Spanish of course and he came later that day with the phone. This young people are a credit to themselves and the hotel. The nearby San Antonio wasn’t for us, didn’t like the atmosphere particularly at night, loads of dodgy people and tattoo shops. Went to Ibiza old town instead, only 30 Euros in the taxi. Fantastic place, when to the castle and Cathedral, loads of steps though and tiring but the view and Cathedral is worth it. But the best part of this hotel is the roof top bar. Watching the sunset with good waiter service. Live music every night, fantastic atmosphere. Yes really liked the TRS.

Lovely looking hotel, not a great deal going on while we were there. It was busy but a lot of conference attendees which seem to affect the vibe of the hotel for us. Lots of people working on laptops on the tables around the bar. Variety of food in the restaurant was great, could have been slightly warmer. A little more explanation of what was included in our stay would have been helpful (minibar/cold breakfast upon checkout) as we didn’t make use of these. We used the spa for a massage which was lovely and very relaxing. Our room was a suite which was very nice and no noise heard for neighbours.

We came for our honeymoon and got the jacuzzi room. The room was very clean and nice with great views of the ocean and perfect patio to watch the sunset. The employees were all extremely nice and helpful. We really enjoyed all of the food. We had low expectations for food since it is all inclusive, but we both felt it was the best all inclusive food we have had. We have been to TRS and grand palladium in Mexico and loved it so we chose this property because we felt they would help make our honeymoon extra special. While everything was nice, we left feeling underwhelmed. I’m not sure if it was because it was end of season, or if they always do this. But during the week days only one restaurant was open for dinner reservations in addition to the buffet. So maybe ask about that when you are making reservations because they didn’t tell us until we went to make one on a week night and couldn’t due to the only open restaurant being full already. So we only had one a la carte dinner at the steak place and it was excellent! Food, service and wine was all great! We were a little disappointed there was no acknowledgment of our honeymoon. Not looking for anything free, but at least a nice note at the minimum could have gone a long way! For a five star resort, we expected at least some acknowldgement! Great stay, but I didn’t leave feeling like I couldn’t wait to come back like I have felt with previous stays with this group.

We had an amazing time here and could not fault the hotel, the rooms were modern and spacious , the food was excellent and displayed in a brilliant manner with a great variety to choose from would recommend and definitely return

We had the best 4 days from checkin to checkout - every staff member was so friendly and couldn't do enough for us to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a great relaxing break

First and foremost, a lovely hotel with fabulous sunsets from the roof top bar and some amazing DJs playing their sets. Whilst we believe it has a great concept, we definitely feel we are here at the end of the season. There are 3 restaurants and generally the Food is ok but definitely some recycling of food and I think, every day very similar. What is exceptional here are the desserts which are a league above everything else served in all honesty and are to be highly commended. This is an all inclusive hotel for adults so the bar is always going to be busy but at times, they were overwhelmed and empty glasses and cups were not collected and still on sun beds, walls and floors the next day. Tonight is my last night and I waited 10 minutes to be served at the gaucho bar to be given corked wine sadly. Some staff are obviously too busy i.e bar staff but it seems that others sit looking bored (pool attendants) or spent hours on instagram.( butlers) There doesn’t seem to be a team approach to ensuring guests are looked after properly and everyone helping out when needed. Sadly, I think what is lacking here is that there are no management staff visible or checking on the environment or checking in on customers and their experience. This hotel could be great and definitely could be worth 5 stars but needs managing properly with more attention to detail I feel. Overall an Ok experience but would I come back…. I don’t think so.

Spent 1 week with amazing service team at TRS Hotel Ibiza, Best place in the St Antonio bay!!! 😍 Highly recommend to people who wants to get best service in the island plus to be closer to St Antonio night life 😊! This place is exquisite, bar and food service is fantastic. Sundown and views are brilliant. Wonderful place to stay and dine. Cannot do enough to make your stay fantastic. Rooms are beautiful, be careful however of noise from air conditioning unit.
