Old hotel, to bussy at the swimming pool for the amount of guests. Breakfast super basic and bread not fresh. Terrible. I would never book this hotel again!
The only good thing is the view we had!

I don't know why some people leave some bad reviews about this place, because is the best hotel, clean, atmosphere, food and nice staff...I really recommend in Santa susanna this hotel..u have the beautiful view at the sea,so what do u need more...definitely will come again 😘😘

Thank you to all the hard working staff at the a Tahiti Plays hotel. I have never been to this area before nor to a huge , family oriented hotel, but this is also for all ages. Singles, young couples , older couple s and groups. . .When I entered the hotel I was amazed and even more so when I Opened my curtains. The fabulous pool and seaview and beach. . Everyone was brilliant and friendly , helpful. The AMAZING buffett for Breakfast and dinner. The quality , the fruit , the fish , the choice. ,And the service., The STAFF were brilliant. The three on the door. Who greeted us. Thank you to you ALL . My Friend and I also booked through you , the Barcelona Panoramic tour. So happy we did. It was Brilliant. Our tour guide was fab. 09.15 pickup across the road and dropped off again 18.30.. very well looked after and saw a lot We were in room 524 .. with Select Motor Racing , (Kevin) 🏎️🏁. Muchas gracias.

Awful place. Dirty, crowds of people, noisy. Bad food. Fingerprints everywhere. No place to swim because they’re people next to each other in swimming pools and sunbeds. Unfriendly manager - a man - behind glass door next to reception desk. Avoid this place

We stayed in this hotel for a family holiday. The room was nice and spacious. Lovely sea view from the room. The food was okay and there was not much variety. Same food everyday. The hotel is located in a good location and near all shops. The main reason not to give five stars is that the food is not up to the mark and the kids club was below average. Previously we stayed in a similar hotel and had a great time but not this time.

Great stay, staff really friendly and welcoming. Bar had a great choice of drinks and food. Pool and sun beds were great, lovely to be so close to the beach. Room was brilliant too, very clean. Would look to come back again!

We came here with family for one week, our room it was on 6th floor with very nice view of the sea, it was nice food selection during a meals, staff were trying to be friendly so it was good experience. Only the reason why I can't score it 5 star is because we had a raw pork during a dinner, we reported it to the waiter, then we came to show it to the chef, chef said it was raw and asked to take another one which was raw too.. Also there is no entertaiment during a day, only good think it was bingo and live music every evening Thank you very much for everything

This is second time staying at hotel. First time was as a couple end of month October 2022. We loved was very quiet. food really good weather great lots to do so booked for family start of October 2023. Definitely hotter start of October most days 27 degrees. Staff very friendly. Always happy help We stayed half board breakfast always good variety. Dinner the same always different meats being cooked on hot plate. If you are British and used too buffet restaurants. Then you will be happy. Do not understand negative reviews as this a great hotel with lots to do nearby. High praise for staff at pool bar where we had lunch most days. Especially the little woman who made me coffee everyday and ice cream clowns for kids. Only thing we were bit stressed about was transfer when picking us up at end of holiday was a bit confusing but that’s nothing to do with hotel. If your a family or couple looking for nice cheap quite holiday Come here 👍

It was a lovely hotel don’t get me wrong but the first room was a joke 137 with jus one double bed for me and my 25 yr old yr son so next morning I went down told them it’s not appropriate for one bed and they gave me option of two further rooms so I chose the last one pool n sea view but it cost me when it shouldn’t have done , they should have known he was my son from the booking . Problem 2 The food was always repetitive morning noon night and cold at that , and when I did try manage to eat some ( wel I say eat CHOKE got some meat lodged in my throat n nobody battered an eyelid apart from other customers staring at me in shock watching me choke . The guys in the bar I wanna give a shout too , so friendly and lovely especially Joan pau , thank u for everything , I will be back just not full board next time , I’d rather eat out than choke on hotel food again . The beach is good but not very soft too many stones ouch , do go over to tossa de mar on dolfi boats tho .
