真心點評一下，春節期間，一家人入駐，小區特別安靜，買菜開車去天涯市場，比城裡便宜太多，距離大小洞天，天涯海角很近，天涯小鎮就在隔壁。我們是第N次來三亞了，由於春節，避開了中心區的人流，安安靜靜的在小區周邊溜達，很舒服愜意！晚上還有煙花，周邊海灘很近，獨享！唯一，要加強衞生，我家比較愛乾淨，入駐先打掃除。適合自駕，喜歡安靜的。

基礎設定不錯，周邊環境還不錯，做起騎車驛站睡一晚還是不錯的選擇。WiFi不能用，床有很多蚊蟲，服務是挺好的，反映問題後儘量解決。

地理位置真的很偏很荒涼 旁邊啥也沒有 吃飯都難 自己做飯要多收錢 而且基本的瓶裝水也沒有很多設備都不齊全 一直找他要小區環境挺好的 環境很安靜 但是點外賣不能送進來自己去門口拿房間內衞生一般 最重要的是出行 打車要很久 有個公交站也不是很近謹慎考慮住在這裏

住了兩天，感覺小區內的環境還是很棒的，房內的衞生也可以，沙發區背後和電視櫃下面的衞生可以加強下，會有客户遺落的小玩具等，積灰也有點多。
房間特別通風，陽台也特別大，洗漱用品和洗衣液有條件的還是自備吧，牙刷會掉毛，洗衣液也沒泡沫的。
管家服務還有很大的提升空間，車牌號到店就告訴他要和門口的保安打好招呼了，可能溝通沒到位，導致我們每回出門，停車場的保安就卡我們。
房內可以做飯，但是衹有一個電飯鍋，用處不大，沒有配備洗潔精，沒事別做飯，哈哈，出門吃海鮮吧
