這家派柏雲，雖然加盟瞭如家，但是完全沒有如家的服務標準，做一名客人，如果入駐的時候沒出現問題，有可能一切順利，一旦出現了問題，一些員工馬上態度惡劣。比如這次入駐，讓平台客服通知酒店過敏源，備註給早餐。結果一位大姐對平台客服態度極其惡劣，陰陽怪氣的跟客服説，他們不是什麼大酒店（好像那個意思是不該報備過敏原安全問題），把客服弄得非常無奈。
然後她把氣就全撒在了我身上，對我百般刁難，説平台客服給他打電話，他記不下來，找出一張紙強迫我給她寫。他見我不寫，然後就開始拿着手機懟着我的臉近距離錄，説她記不住所以得錄下我説的話，見我我紙和手機擋着我的臉防止她錄，他一把搶下紙，並從我手中將手機這種貴重的財物奪到他手中，雖然我反應快，及時給拿了回來，但當時風險非常大。
而後吃早餐的那天，發現他們的早餐不僅性價比高，出品品類豐富，而且按正常情況出餐，基本上沒有過敏源的影響，我和平台的客服都覺得這件事匪夷所思，明明通知報備個過敏源，居然被這家店的工作人員心理戲成很複雜的事情，不僅嚴重違反平台規定，造成極其嚴重的安全問題。
雖然事後這位工作人員馬上開始承認錯誤，並且從承認過敏原報備他行為的誤，一直到搶奪客人財物的錯誤，反覆承認了好幾遍，無論她是否心誠，他給客人帶來的心理陰影是不可逆的。

我記得一開始跟這家前台聯繫的時候，一位女士在報酒店名時候，故意不説派柏雲，而説自己是如家酒店，儒家是集團，名字不是他的品牌名字，他這樣錯位報，雖然不能説全錯，但相信他自己非常明白，如家這兩個字的品牌流量，是遠遠的高於派柏雲的。想依靠如家集團的品牌流量，同時也需要合規，如家集團的各項規定，我認為這個酒店團隊的所有人，都應該對自己的行為反省。

我以為之前的差評過了這麼久會有改進吧？啪啪打臉聲告訴我，我想多了！之前的差評是一個沒改，主打一個你評你的我騙我的！你説衞生間沒有乾濕分離我能忍，衞生間裏沒有排風扇我是不能忍，上個大號滿屋子飄香！你説如家不標配一次性拖鞋我能忍，臟兮兮的舊拖鞋我忍不了，那叫一個濕滑香！你説房門不是隔音門我能忍，房門製造噪音這事兒我忍不了，一晚上哐當哐當哐當，衹要其它房間有人開關門，那哐當聲響徹一層樓！一兩點鐘都是哐當聲！你説屋裡有蚊子飛蟲我能忍，電蚊香插頭是壞的我忍不了，自己花錢買了電蚊香套裝！如果真要住這家，含早套餐不要買！一百多塊錢一晚的店，這錢真好掙！我倒要打如家電話問問這是真如家旗下住店嗎？
