stayed one night and had a very fine stay. The breakfast is really good, and the Japanese take on Central European spa luxury was interesting. The rooms are small, but have everything you need. The bed was a bit short for me (I'm 1.96), but that's the case everywhere in Japan ... Despite my window facing a busy street, there was no noise in the room.

Room is very clean and comfortable . You must try the breakfast and the waffles are great and should not miss.

The hotel has a grand appearance of old Western decorations. The breakfast could have been better in terms of its price.

Triple room was extremely small. The ground is not really carpet but so old that it looks more like foam. Had lots of dirty things stuck in the ground. Reception staff could barely manage a smile, you could tell they hated tourists. It is quite far from the underground tunnel / metro (exit 22) and you will need to walk at least 10 minutes from the nearest exit which is ok in summer but in winter (-5 to -10 degrees) it was really inconvenient for kids. The nearest exit also has 4-5 flights of stairs so you need to get the one with lifts if you have a suitcase - a further 2 blocks away. They have a door through the office building adjacent to the hotel however they have closed this off, not allowing tourists entry through that shortcut lobby despite it being so cold. The hot spring in the hotel requires an extra payment of 2500 each person each time to use which is not clear on booking. The breakfast was excellent however I would not use the hotel again.

The location is near Sapporo station. The room looks very luxurious and very comfortable

Good services, room clean

Hotel location is excellent, walking distance to Sapporo JR station and Susukino area. Airport bus from airport stop in front of hotel. Room is clean and building is well maintained. Staff are kind.

Nice staff Helping me to check in in late night And allow us to park our car at the hotel for paying 1599yen Spacious room and with laundry machine which helped us a lot There is also a branch of delivery service so that we can ship our board bag to our next destination I highly recommend this hotel

The room was fantastic. I did not like the far away location, entry to the hotel and staff behaviour. It seems that the hotel is a famous wedding venue. For tourists, I would not recommend.

This hotel is far from the station but the staff staff is polite. However we need to pay for the bath house which close quite early by around 10:30pm
