It's a corner room so there are two windows. When I checked in in November, the heating was on and it wasn't cold. The hotel is relatively old, but it should be renovated. The bath faucet is particularly new and the water is very comfortable. The door hinges are also new and there is no sound when closing the door, which is great! The front desk of the hotel is also quite enthusiastic. It is not easy to get a reservation for more than 500 yuan a night during the red leaf season weekend. There is also breakfast in the morning which is very good. It's just that when I checked in, the front desk didn't tell me that there was coffee and tea downstairs for self-service, and I didn't find out until the next day.

Very nice few days. The room is cozy. The service is considerate. I will come again.

I used it once 8 years ago and it was very good, so I wanted to use it again when I come to Sapporo with my friend. My friend also liked it, so I will use it again when I visit.

It's a very good hotel. On the left is Zhongdao Park and on the right is the river valley green space. The service is also very good.

A bit remote, but very close to Nakajima Park, after breakfast in the morning can go to Nakajima Park stroll, very relaxing; this and Hotel Riov do not know if there is a difference? Or changed the name? Because the exterior wall saw a hot spring, But actually there is no inside! The staff attitude is also good, the room is clean, breakfast is not bad, overall value for money is quite high

I’ve just finished a night at the Business Inn Norte at Nakajima-koen in Sapporo. The hotel is just east of mid-section of Nakajima park and just west of Toyohira-gawa dori. I chose this hotel for a night in town and for its very low price. I’m pleasantly surprised. Check-in was a bit tense because they asked me first if I am a resident of Japan (I am) and then for my foreign registration card (which by law is not required). I refused and they dropped the subject. I paid, got my card key and room number (It’s on your receipt.) and headed upstairs. My room is small, but really not bad for the bargain off-season price I paid. It’s quiet, the bed is small but comfortable and the bathroom is typical of Japanese business hotels. The location of the hotel is just a short walk to the south edge of Susukino, and a few stops on the subway to Odori and Sapporo Station. For solo travelers, it suits one’s needs well. Apart from the small hiccup at checkin, this hotel is fine for a night. And check-out this morning was a breeze. Drop my card key in the box and go. I’d be happy to stay here again when I have the opportunity.

When I made the reservation on Jalan, there was no indication that it was a plan without cleaning, but the local front desk told me that it was a plan without cleaning, so even though I stayed for 6 nights, I got by without cleaning.

It is located in a slightly secluded area near Nakajima Park, and the surrounding area is quiet. The room is a little old, but it is well-maintained and clean. Since it is a river view room, you can see the Toyohira River from the room and feel at ease. Breakfast is really light. I think it is sufficient for business use.

The signboard on the rooftop of this hotel building has the name of another hotel (a boutique hotel for two people?), but there are actually two entrances, one of which is this hotel (an ordinary business hotel). Some parts of the hotel felt a little old and small, but the basic things were available and there were no inconveniences. For things like toothbrushes and loungewear, you only need to bring what you need from the storage area at the entrance. The bath and toilet were in the same room, and although it was a little small, bottles of body soap, shampoo, etc. were provided. The room was on the river side so the view was OK. However, I wanted a space to store large luggage. Since this was the time when the coronavirus infection was spreading, it seemed like many people were having dinner through room service (or more accurately, delivery?). I think the Wi-Fi connection was not very good (in fact, the Wi-Fi that seemed to be sensitive had a similar name to the one listed in the hotel guidebook, so I was scared to connect to it).
