Do not go anywhere near this place. !!!! Think Motel 6 without the 6!!! Everything is just terrible. The room was a dump. The service is nowhere around. The food was not edible. I checked out 2 days early on a 3 day stay just to avoid the reminders here. Absolutely horrible

Most everything was average. Food was ok facility was good. People were excellent. I had 1 issue and it was resolved immediately. Bartender was wonderful along with the person doing tours. He gave me recommendations and helped me with anything that I asked.

Our main complaint was the food. We could only eat at the "ala carte" restaurants 2 times during our stay. The service at those restaurants was excellent, the food was Ok. The rest of the time we had to eat meals at the buffet. More often than not the food was served cold. It was also a small buffet which not many good option. We believe that good food is part of a good all inclusive experience which is why we cannot give a good review. We would never stay there again. Which is what says it all.

The property was clean and safe. The room I had needed maintenace with little to no warm water and doors dragging on the floor due to loose hinges. The food at the speciality restraunts was good, but you are only allowed a limited number of visits to these. The buffet was hit and miss for the entries and many times the food was cold. The service was great in all areas of the resort.

Likes- pools were nice, the bartenders at the pool bar were the best! Seeing the wildlife was neat.
Dislikes- no snack bar right near pools, with chips, dips, tacos, pizza, etc. that was accessible from 11-5:00. Asked for washcloths, it took 2-3 days to get them. Rooms were dark, they need more light, and very noisy. You can hear everything from the others rooms. Most of the foods at the buffet were cold.
Some of the staff were extremely rude.
We made the best of it, and had a good time.

The tours are great.
Buffet is ok.
The cobblestones pathways are in need of fixing easy to trip on and if your room is upper level be prepared to walk steep terrain.

Decent all inclusive option. Smaller property with 3 restaurants and 2 pools. Beach was very nice. I would reconsider this as an option if you’re a younger couple. Mostly caters to an older crowd!

It was pretty easy checking in and checking out but the property is very spread out and hilly. The food was very basic and VERY limited. Even paying for "premium" upgrade we got the same rules as a regular room. Also, I have never been to a resort that required you return your towels daily and wrist bands at the check out so you aren't charged. With all of that said most of the staff was kind and willing to help.
