Imagine you wake up and open your window to contemplate the magnificence of a true tuscan village, with fresh air, away from city noise. When you go down for breakfast, a chef is waiting on you to whatever wish you may have. That was my experience on this small, family owned hotel. It was just amazing. Generous space, there is a lift in case you need it, rooms were spotless and service was great. It was a pity I didn't use this one as a hub for my visit to Tuscany, but definitively I'll come back to this one.

Our family loves these people and their great Hotel and Ristorante. Sarteano is an amazing home base for day trips all over Tuscany and Umbria. You cannot go wrong staying with Nadia and Felice! Great Beds with puffy new pillows!!!!! AC in every room. Wonderful views of the castle. Short walk to the pool and piazza's. Can't recommend enough!!

Great location. From hotel you can easily get to multiple Tuscany locations by car. Excellent and wellcoming hosts. Perfect breakfast. Cosy, spacious and modern rooms. Free parking in hotels territory. Quite neighborhood.

A bit out of the way but very nice clean. Owner present and cheerful. Best spaghetti with 4 tomato sauce! Air conditioning and pillows could use upgrade. Charming walks to town and nature. Safe and pleasant. Quiet.

Friendly and helpful owners, the hotel is spotless, welcoming with all comforts. Excellent cuisine with a wide choice of breakfast, lunch and dinner. Bright, clean rooms. Perfect place for both families and friends, my children were very happy.

A fantastic week, this hotel is a real discovery. We had a great time. The location is beautiful, rooms spotless and tastefully furnished. Fantastic bathroom with an amazing shower. Furnished in a very functional way. I really appreciated the use of different materials and well-matched colors to create effective corners. Very comfortable bed, freshly laundered linen. Excellent food, refined cuisine and mouth-watering gourmet dishes. Abundant breakfast with many delicacies. Cleanliness of the rooms 10 cum laude. I highly recommend it also for the kindness of the owners. We will come back for sure

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, offer all the amenities and the bathroom is also top. The catering is excellent, whether it is their specialty (pizza, incredible choice and very good) or their other dishes, tasty and copious. Simply: I didn't want to go home anymore! The owners are amazing people and run the hotel and kitchen more than excellently. Nadia can organize your entire holiday as she knows how many things she knows! Very clean and comfortable room, courtesy set with excellent products. The restaurant is a must try, Felice offers delicious dishes with high quality ingredients. The pizza then... should be counted among the best in Italy, and I'm not exaggerating. The private parking is very convenient and I appreciated the outdoor area in the garden. The historic center can be reached with a few minutes' walk. I will definitely come back and definitely recommend it
